REG is giving a masterclass in shit passing
  • Christ REG... Get your passing boots on at Half-Time!!
  • We're making it look like hard work trying to break down Bromley's 10 man defence...

We come down the right but REG's cross is deflected for a corner.

PLay stopped to deal with some argy bargy between Gillesphey and their no2

I assume audio listeners will get the normal Greg/Terry commentary? Maybe it's a syncing issue that means they're not on TV? Or Charlton TV couldn't be bothered to sync them.
No, we have this cretin who might be the worst commentator I've ever heard. Absolutely no idea what's happening on the pitch.
That's ridiculous. To be fair to the commentator, he's commentating for TV not radio, so won't be describing the action like a radio commentator..

What TV is he commentating for? Not Sky surely?

Corner headed clear only as far as Coventry, he sends it wide to Taylor, it pings about in the box and we win another corner.

This one is headed clear and we end up going back to AMB

Anyone know what's on the back of Enslin's shirt? Looks much longer than just "ENSLIN"

Kobashi, I would guess it’s his mother’s maiden name.

Charlton with a 30 pass move on the ground before Taylor loses possession. Possibly Ben Garner is the manager tonight.

Reg puts the ball out from 10 yards, I assumed there's an injury but I'm wrong again.

Am I right in thinking the commentary is actually for TV viewers and is also being used for audio listeners as well?
No wonder It’s f’ing awful….hence no idea where the ball is on the pitch at any given moment, plus at the beginning of the commentary he didn’t announce which way Charlton were kicking…..always helps if you know that.
Is there nothing to be done to improve the situation for the second half……At present it’s absolute garbage.😵‍💫
  • Jinking run down the right from Enslin draws a foul on the RH touchline...this Enslin I like..

Luckily our strikers are so prolific they don't need any practice, so all rested except Ahadme.
I pity the bloke having to play up front on his own. Very little service unless the U21's have some decent wing play.

As I now live in Bromley, and seeing as we are already through, can I cheer for my local team ?
Only if you're also immediately on Bromley Life complaining about how the lack of a 20 goal striker will stop Bromley ever achieving anything
  • We really ain’t that good are we…it’s fookin awful this…🙄

Ahadme tried to poke it through to Berry who didn't continue his run
  • Ooo that was almost 1-0 thanks to a howler from their 'Keeper, but he rescues it

Then a minute later Taylor tries the same to Edwards who also stopped his run
  • Whatever other faults he may or may not have, you have to say Terry Taylor has transformed our set pieces. We look so much more likely to do something from them since he has been starting regularly and taking them.

Ooh, our talent production line just got bigged up with mentions of Ezri, Joe G and Ademola.

    Whoop whoop!!

Liking the look of Enslin, not afraid to take people on and not always settling for the easy pass. Mitchell looking assured too.

I assume he is. Don't forget for these games they'll be using their 45th choice commentators. And this one is better than the mogadon woman used earlier this season!

Uninspiring is probably the word I’d use to describe the first 30mins 😴z💤
  • Final ball is incredibly poor.

Our player seem to believe all their teammates are much, much much faster than they or any other human beings are. You'd need to have set off three weeks ago to get on the end of some of these passes

Nathan will soon beat that out of him.
  • That was enthusiastic from Enslin to keep going.

Thanks, I'm sitting directly in front of an excitable Asian lady every time Enslin gets the ball and I'm wondering if it's his mum!
  • Can they drag someone else from the crowd to take over commentary, can't be any worse, cos this guy is like pulling fu*kin teeth...🤪

    He’s no Danny Hylton.
