Spurs can't defend... Postecoglu must be on shaky ground0
-
Spurs are atrocious0
-
I know plenty on here are of the ‘I hate bin dippers’ persuasion, but this is a fantastic football team not funded by petro dollars, or a dodgy regime4
-
Spurs are taking so much punishment the ref might stop this. The team in red are decent.0
-
I know they've got injuries but this defending and high line is embarrassing. 1 or 2 passes and Liverpool are clean through every time.
Reminds me of that game last season when they were down to 9 men v Chelsea and kept attacking, except here it just looks like they've got 9 men.0 -
2-5 now0
-
So at Christmas we have:
Forest in the champions league places
Bournemouth in 5th
Man City in 7th having lost 6 games
Spurs and Man U in the bottom half.
A pretty crazy season so far.3 -
Spurs play with so much spirit and TBF they never throw the towel in but Liverpool think it's Christmas every time they attack as gifts are on offer.
2-5 and Diaz nearly makes it 6.

Spurs are "currently" the top scorers in the PL with 38 by one from Chelsea and two from Liverpool (albeit they've played one game less)0

This is such an odd game0
-
As I said Spurs never throw the towel in. 3-50
-
Is anyone able to defend here?0
-
3-60
-
3-6 is an insane scoreline!0
-
3-6 and Liverpool win the 1st set !9
-
Great finish for the 6th0

The current Spurs side are making the Ossie Ardiles managed one look like a boring, defensive side!1
-
When Fraser Forster made his debut in professional football at the relatively old age of 20 years and 7 months, the Ref for this game, Samuel Barrott, was little more than 15 years old0

Been at Tulley's Farm with the kids seeing Santa so gave up my ticket.
Had next to zero phone reception most of the day and came back to the car to hear it was 3-6.
Blimey. Didn't expect to win today but the lack of first choice defenders has finally caught up with us.0 -
"It's beginning to look a slot ... " comment at the end there sounded a little too rehearsed0

From what I've heard (still not seen anything of the game, waiting for MOTD2), Gray, the 18yo midfielder looked the more assured of our CBs today.
I've read the match report and listened to Ange's main presser and he seems like he is a broken man tonight. He's been unlucky with the injuries but any one, apart from him, can see he needs to adapt his tactics to account for the injuries but his stubborness is ultimately going to cost him his job.
Not sure any Spurs manager has survived a result like that before...0 -
