Just realised there are 3rd round games tonight. Not sure what that is about, since when did cup rounds begin on a Thursday?!

    Sheff Utd v Cardiff
    Fulham v Watford
    Everton v Peterborough
Bit of extra TV Coverage... and Fulham vs Watford is a "bit of a derby"

(Cardiff game is being shown by BBC Wales)
Everton game isn’t on TV. Peterborough were seething it was switched to a Thursday evening, rightly so. Liverpool are at home too this round but don’t know why the Everton game couldn’t have been at a more convenient date.

Done away with replays, at the same time they said all FA cup will be played at the weekend, stretching it a bit with Monday night games, but Thursday night is taking the piss.
Very annoying as I was tempted to go to Goodison before it goes but Thursday makes it a non-starter.
I'm going tonight, to tick off Goodison before it goes.

Bizarre day, I think the game is on TV somewhere. Also on BBC red button.

Everton - Peterborough is on BBC iPlayer, through TV or website.

    Thanks, didn’t realise that.

Peterborough have a game on Tuesday so they couldn't play it on Sunday.
Liverpool could only play their game on Saturday.
So didn't leave many other options, although Friday would've been better for travelling fans than a Thursday.

It's way behind the other major stadiums now, but I'm glad I got to experience Goodison Park tonight

One of my favourites too. Been there 7 times and always enjoyed it. Met my now wife in the evening after getting thumped 4 1 there in 1999 which more than made up for the result!

The pace of the match, along with the atmosphere makes it feel like a Pre-Season Friendly.

lol!... the Commentary for that corner

"Its a disappointing one" as the ball finds its way to an unmarked Posh player, whose effort is almost saved on the line.

Beto did well to stay on side there... Great job from the Posh No.32 to stop and put his arm up instead of running back on to the line where he probably could have cleared the effort

Looked like a reserve team tonight not the team they fill Brammel Lane every game to normally watch.

The FA Cup is dying on its arse

Because its a BBC Wales pick, they're also showing Southampton vs Swansea

They did the same with Wrexham last season.

Posh make their fifth sub, so very slim chance now of Ty Young appearing along with his Dad

Bet BBC are heartbroken by that, as it'll require a concussion sub for them to be allowed a sixth change.

Or Extra-Time, they'll need a goal for that though
