  • WTF does your political bias have to do with it?
    Exactly.

  • Some women have stubble and look a bit manly.

You can have male predators in male toilets and female ones in female toilets. Which is criminal and already gets punished when they are caught and this would include men dressing as women with a sexual intent. It is a pointless argument as it is not economically viable to check the sex of people entering a toilet. If it wasn't, you could stop women who look a bit manly having a pee!

fuck. That brings back memories of Flamingos
  • Would you be comfortable with a young daughter going into a toilet with men pissing in a urinal in full view.
    I wouldn't
I have never seen a urinal in a ladies toilet.

When using a unisex cubicle I sometimes find the seat is wet which isn't pleasant. That happens a lot less in ladies only toilets.

Personally, I've never been much of a fan of spending time worrying about what people I don't know have in their underwear, when I see them in a pub. But lots of people do. And it causes them a disproportionate amount of stress.

So, perhaps it would be useful to decide where these two people must be forced to go when they need to use a loo in a pub. Although, of course, it must be the same answer for both.

Anyone care to decide on their behalf?
  • Unisex / gender neutral bathrooms and doing away with urinals are the best solution to this at the moment.

I’d personally take it one step further. Everyone should be forced to sit when using a public toilet so I don’t have to deal with piss all over the seat when I’m trying to take a shit.
  • The issue is it's not transgender people who are a threat, it’s men dressing up PRETENDING to be transgender that is the problem.
You got evidence of this happening?

Really easy. If they have a penis they use the men’s. If they have a vagina, it’s the ladies. If they are genuinely concerned about that, then they make use of the gender neutral single cubical disabled toilets.

And the same is true of changing rooms in schools and leisure centres.

Are you volunteering to inspect them before they enter? It really isn't easy at all.

It is easy, it’s how it’s been since the year dot.

When did they introduce genital disclosure in the pubs you go to?
  • Wasn't sure how to word the title and if there's already a thread on this as no doubt there's probably several then admin please delete.

Bloke with a very butch voice and stubble in a pub dressed as a woman, very glamorous like, (put some real effort into it unlike some of the girls who can't even be arsed to change out of their dressing gowns and pyjamas to go down to the shops) who has just used the ladies loos.
Now is this socially acceptable for those on here, particularly the ladies to think as you're using the loo that in the cubicle next to you is a rather large man standing up lifting up his skirt to have a piss.

    Thoughts?
How do you know he was standing?  Did you peek?

They never have. It’s called social convention, and has worked relatively well so far.

So, is this genital disclosure self declared?
  • I really miss the firm no politics rule on here.
