Can't see where Southampton's next point is coming from.  Could do worse than Derby's 11 points.
    When are they playing Spurs????...

    5th April :)
I think from memory, that shiitty Derby team actually beat Spurs that season... I may be wrong but something in my head about Robbie Savage being involved...

EDIT - just googled, the only team they beat was Newcastle!

You beat them 3-0 and 4-0. Only team Derby beat was Newcastle in September

Arteta is very angry apparently, who would have thought.
At his own players. But I guess that doesn't feed the narrative.

""I'm really, really annoyed with the things that are in our hands – which is the performance and the result.

"[We were] nowhere near the levels that we have to hit to have the opportunity to win a Premier league. I'm very much responsible for that, so I'm very, very angry.""

Still incredible they didn't sign anyone in January. When you look at some of the players who moved, Duran, Kvaratshkelia, Duran, Rashford, Asensio, Marmoush, it's madness they didn't go for any of them.

Instead they made an insulting way below valuation bid for Watkins which was never going to be accepted and that was the sum total of their January business.
Did the second one move to a club in Rio?
He certainly will be dancing on the sand!

    LOL. What "narrative"?

All he said was that Arteta is very angry, which you have confirmed.

    Odd.

Arteta's normal narrative is they are hard done by refs and VAR as you know and I guess that's why you did the ironic post without the 😁

  • Isak got away with that penalty!!

Amazing turn around by Newcastle after giving a shocking early goal away when a throw back was lost by Murphy.
Now 3-1 to the one club city and Just 30 mins gone.

Breaking news...4-1 Newcastle and Isak scores open play goal just 2 minutes after an iffy penalty kick went in from Isak.

    35 minutes gone.

    Forest are a weird side.

Losing 4-1 today, the week before they won 7-0 and week before that they lost 5-0.

Hall has three assists. England's left back issue might have been resolved.

My two favourite teams to watch in the Premier are Newcastle and Spurs. Both teams can give poor goals away but both are good to watch going forward.
Newcastle are playing at a higher standard than Spurs which is reflected in the points total but great entertainers are both sides.

Newcastle have gone to sleep. Lost all momentum since half-time.

Ever since I praise the Geordies they haven't come out for the 2nd half !
Forest had a bollocking at HT and have all the attacking in the 20 minutes since the restart.

4-3 going into 3 mins of added time
  • GRANDSTAND FINISH!!
  • How can there be only three mins of added time.

Has nothing happened this half, even with substitutions, and the two goals taken into account

    A game of two Halves.
Wilson is a striker I understand but talk about being selfish late on when he didn't appear to being able to scan.

4-3 and if Newcastle play like they did 2nd half they will lose by 3 goals at least to Liverpool in the final and if they play like they did 1st half they can win.

Forest were rubbish 1st half but showed pride 2nd half and if Elanga had headed the ball instead of getting his leg above his shoulder then Double Desmond was possible.

I said Newcastle were great entertainers 🤹🏼

Liverpool winning comfortably 2-0 at City HT.
Doku has the beating of TTA every time but no end product and Liverpool look dangerous when they attack.

Salah is insane. He’s gonna go 30/20 this season.

    Sky presenter to Daniel Sturridge:

"What should City do in the 2nd half"

Sturridge reply was "Bring on Haaland" ?

"He's not in the 18 man squad today"
  • Trent has created a new record for this season by being dribbled past the most times (8) in a game. And that was only in the first half!

The previous record? Also Trent (6 times) in the reverse fixture.

Luckily for him, Doku has absolutely no end product so has done nothing with it.

Imagine how many he’ll score if he goes to Saudi next season!

It's offside but Liverpool look like scoring when they attack.

The laziness of some pundits is embarrassing. They just turn up, expecting to wing it.

Shame this is such a non event. Bizarre what has happened to City this season. It can’t just be Rodri, can it?

It’s really odd - it’s like an entire squad of very good players just collectively lost the desire to win.

I didn’t realise how little Grealish was playing for City this season. Despite them being (by their standards) miles off he still can hardly get any regular minutes.

Crazy how empty the Etihad gets when they’re not winning
