If Dixon gets game time the fans will need to show him the type of tolerance Thierry Small gets.
It is fair to ask what more does Dixon have to do, but you could ask that about some others, notably Casey.
They both offer very different styles.
Dixon is nowhere near ready. Scoring against weak U21 sides is a million miles from playing in League One. He has looked very ordinary in two games that I watched recently. Give him time.
  • Must have been ok yestersay evening to get a hattrick

Bower and Fullah’s goals are on Fullah’s instagram story.

Bower had the ball on his left foot, cut back onto his weaker right foot and hit it into the top corner, assisted by Fullah.

Fullah picked up a loose pass from the defender and placed a low shot into the corner just outside the box.

Any chance the club can put up the highlights?

  • 🔢 Here’s how our U21s line-up for this afternoon's clash with Bournemouth: MacLorg; McIntyre, Mitchell, Laqeretabua; Hobden, Gough, Huke, Mwamba, Bower; Kanu, Ahadme

Subs: Woodham, Toure, Hunter, Fullah, Casey

Dixon must be with Jamaica and Enslin probably with the first team.
  • Ahadme already tried to hold the ball up a couple of times and has been thrown to the floor, nothing given. Seems to happen to him a lot

  • 3 on 2 break but Kanu takes a heavy touch and it breaks down. Really should do better there tbh

    Yes

So far we could be doing with the very effective 'hinge' play of Kedwell in the midfield.
Do you mean without? Kedwell’s not in the squad today.
  • Ahadme the nearly man.  Nearly got to the cross, nearly connected, nearly headed it in, nearly beat his man, nearly...nearly.  Hope he comes good - maybe just a confidence thing.

  • Decent game, Mwamba, Gough, Ahadme and Kanu prominent.
  • No his statement is correct, we could do with him because he's not in the squad

    Great impact from Casey 1-0

  • Hobden took 3 attempts to cross the ball, it eventually deflects and drops to Casey who drills it in from just beyond the 6 yard box

  • Did Kanu’s injury look serious? I missed him going off.
  • Did Kanu go off injured?
