Great post if you happen to have Facebook…….which I and a lot of others don’t.
I don't have Facebook either but I could still watch it. Just click on the link then press the cross in the top right of the clip and it should play.

  • If our commercial team aren't trying for a partnership with Bluewater they aren't doing their job
The Bluewater Valley (calling it now)
Could be The Valley @ Bluewater one day, not too distant, as all that shopping and car park space gets reconfigured, maybe 2 or 3 pandemics, and a nuclear and climate catastrophe from now.

    Something to look forward to!
  • Last thing we need is fans getting discounts at bluewater - can only be spent on non match days maybe - shopping is the enemy -unless they open a club shop there of course !!!

I have always wondered why we have not put a shop in there.

I think we did back in the prem days although I don’t remember ever going to it so maybe not ?
  • West Ham had a shop in Bluewater IIRC.

I don't think so, Lakeside the other side of the Dartford Crossing.

No, they definitely did have a shop in Bluewater. Didn't last long though.
  • Starbucks must be doing a roaring trade, what with all these Costa bans.

Not enough demand for stickers ?

    😉😆
Thought it was that bloke called Bill being prosecuted.
  • I’m sure we had a shop in Bluewater
which changed into a stall after a while

Don’t remember that but we had one in Bexleyheath.
  • Yes Bexleyheath, you could also buy match tickets for a while, then it became 'difficult' ....I had a season ticket at the time so not really an issue, but used to get tickets for friends and family at times. I think it turned into one of those slush drinks/ice cream bars. CAFC also had premises at the old job centre in Bexleyheath. I think it had been an inland revenue office, I saw my tax inspector there, and took all my receipts in for expenses. His eyes were  treat when he asked for a list of companies I worked for as a freelance designer, he saw the FT, and Investors chronicle, but when he saw the 'which tax guide' he rather went 'meek'..... and accepted all my expenses!. All a long time ago, the IR do not like seeing there 'customers'  in my opinion!.
  • West Ham have got a shop in the Eastgate Centre, Basildon too.
  • The shop in Bexleyheath could have worked but it was poorly executed, small unit, not great position, v small product range.
