Is this the price regardless of what division we are in? Apologies if it's already been covered, haven't read the whole thread.
Yes, if you pay before May 2nd after which prices will increase no matter what league we are in.

Yeah goes up every year for existing ST holders.

What is a digital ticket, on your phone?
Yeah would be a QR code, I assume that you could add to the wallet on your phone like a train ticket
Will only be quicker if there’s a separate turnstile.
There are rarely enough turnstiles working now, let alone having separate turnstiles for QR codes.
As a frequent user of public transport my observations are that card users access the system far quicker than people faffing about with their phones.
Agreed, especially outside where the sunshine seems to affect the image.

The gap between Zones 1 and 2 is still ludicrous, but the club is gradually closing it by putting Zone 1 up more slowly than Zone 2...

If that digital ST is anyrhing like the curremt QR codes, it will be a carcrash and make the queues 10x worse

Get all the turnstiles working please!

But as I am now of a certain age my ticket is a mere £255. Sort of a bargain.

If you use the current cards like a contactless bank card, they are so much quicker then trying to scan a bar/qr code

Digital or the current card system. Still down to the individual waving it around like a magic wand in front of it and wondering why he/she can’t get in

seem to be on sale in the north west upper south end or are they gonna squeeze the away fans into 1 block?
Just add east in there, and you've managed every direction.

I expect so but you are likely to be mistaken for a nonce.

But many cards don't work like that.
I know my one doesn't as I tried many times and I've seen plenty of other people try unsuccessfully.
(I know it should but it doesn't).

I know our football can be hard to watch at times, but there’s no way I’m buying a Millwall season ticket.

Digital ticket on phone is not a problem if you only have one ticket on the phone, a number of times I have followed a person with multiple tickets.on one phone, which entails finding each code for each ticket, on one occasion the owner of the phone scanned in went through the turnstile and passed the phone back to the next person who had to find the code before scanning which ment a queue started to form as there was four tickets on the phone.
was about to say exactly this, I have 4 tickets and would keep the plastic one

Any other team I would give them props, probably an attempt to get crowd numbers up.

Seems like the site has a lot of issues. Can't renew my season tickets as it puts my son in the wrong age group and wont let me change it or process any further, and a freind has been trying to order tickets in the family stand and prices are all wrong (£250 for adult) and says no seats available!

I sit in the family stand; for the occasional game where none of the 4 kids in our group are there, we tend to just go in through the family entrance but sit upper north in some empty seats.

Just renewed! £310 after my VG discount feels like very good value to me under the new-and-improved CAFC. COYR in the Championship.

I know they won’t do it but would be great if they could offer the free U12 ticket with a paying adult anywhere in the ground

Family Stand is great but if your paying more money potentially in other areas of the ground then it could entice a few more to buy a ST, particularly those that know they might miss a few games such as the midweek fixtures

It would be widely abused and they won’t put the staff on to check it.

Typical, doesn't seem to want to accept payment...get through to the payment confirmation screen where the online bank wants you to confirm you're happy to proceed and then it looks like a CAFC splash screen pops up to block it off so unable to complete transaction...

I had a ton of problems getting the kids ones sorted yesterday, then got over charged on the phone, and then on the phone again getting the free one refunded, all sorted thanks to the ticket office

I had that issue, and it loaded a lloyds bank verification page which looked like it chopped off. I hovered the mouse cursor over the lloyds bit and was able to scroll down to get to the button I needed.

Unfortunately I didn't even get that option to scroll down, mine was with Halifax and didn't even get to see a button. Ended up calling the ticket office to get it sorted and raise the issue with them. Still charged me £2.50 instead of £1.50 as well. One for the things that generally annoy you thread when you end up having to pay extra when the fault is with another party.
