I also received the final warning message, which in my opinion was unacceptable as I already renewed. Time they address the database and stop unnecessary messages.
    1) they should surely be able to only contact non renewers
    2) THIS IS YOUR FINAL WARNING is ridiculous wording

I’m amazed how pro-active people are in getting things done quickly. No doubt I’ll be be doing mine the day before the deadline

Have flagged to the club that the text with rather strong language has been sent to many who have already renewed, including yours truly. Certainly room for improvement in database management.
I have an ST in the Curbs stand yet got an email about as I sit in the Covered End, availability running out if I want to bring friends/family.

My text I received said THIS IS YOUR FINAL WARNING, which as I said above I found it unnecessary (as I’ve already renewed) and especially as they put it in capitals.

Perhaps it was a cut and paste of a message sent to CM that didn’t get edited properly ! 😉😆

As much as it was definitely bad tone, and almost scaremongering- the open rate on the texts must be immense, and gets people talking.

very similar to the shagging on the pitch video

I got the dramatic text having already renewed.
It undermines my faith in the system, particularly as I want ours correctly delivered by post in time for the first home game.
On a side note, the promises about U21 games if you have a season ticket, as well as the promises made about being a Charlton TV annual subscriber, need to be kept. In that regard the club have a casual and disrupting attitude towards giving out timely and correct information.

2025/26 season tickets are back on sale at Phase Two prices, with adult tickets available from £345
With a busy Ticket Office, supporters should be aware that after half-time today season tickets will only be available to purchase online while the Addicks are in the play-offs.

Given the ramp up in promotion for individual games, I’m surprised the club haven’t been pushing more to get people signed up before the Phase 1 deadline.
They’ve been posting on social media about the phase 1 deadline about 3 times a day for a week!
And just sent me another text. I've renewed already, so I assume it's a blanket message

I renewed on 22 April and got a message yesterday which started 'FINAL WARNING' thought that was a bit much, could have said reminder.

If only they written something that would have grabbed everyone’s attention and got them repeating it on social media… oh, hang on…

Can I be the first to express my disgust at what I've just seen on Facebook.

The joint highest entry fees in the division, and the second highest season ticket prices.

And only 10p cheaper than Arsenal to stand, despite being two divisions apart.

If I were a Millwall fan, I'd be fuming.

Apologies if this has already been posted - have had a squint through the forum.

Question: No. 2 son is a degree apprentice and studies at Uni part time. He’s applied for student status on his Charlton account to get student pricing on an ST. The club have said that he’s not eligible for student discount as he’s studying part time.  The club T&C (although these are for 24/25 as is the ST brochure) on the website doesn’t specify any such qualification to student status and buying stuff anywhere else is never a problem for him.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?
Any advice that could be kindly offered, please

    Thanks in advance.

I would challenge the policy (through CAST?) to at least get them to define it. There aren’t going to be any rules which they have to apply.

    Definitely challenge it mate.
All bloody students are part-time at best so it’s out of line.
They still pay for everything by cheque too…

I gave up on the Student element/ticket once my kids went to Uni.

Year 1 - no, at the start of the season they are not students as they have left school education and don't Start Uni until September. i.e. technically not a student at the start of the season.
Year 2 - yes you can have a student ticket
Year 3 - sorry, they finish being a student before the end of the season, so you can't have one!

So on a 3 year uni degree you are apparently only a student for one year.

My youngest is going back to do an MA in September, two year course so she won't be able to buy a student ticket for either year!

What impact do we think going up or even reaching the play off final will have on next season’s ticket sales? Add a 1000 or more?

Was it 8,000 STs this season? If so I would expect at least 1,000 more if we go up - could be much more than that.

Given how many people have attended the last few games, I'd be disappointed if we couldn't break the 10k barrier.

I’d have a word with the ticket office management. I kind of get the challenge of year 1 but if the argument is that you have to be a registered student when you bury the ticket then year 3 should be a given.
