Hopefully there's still plenty left in phase 2.

Having 830 loyalty points and not being in phase1 is completely naff. Hope we go up so I ain't got to worry about this bollocks as much anymore.
Why will you need to worry less about it?  Promotion = more glory hunters coming out of the woodwork buying Valley Gold memberships to jump the queue and get tickets for QPR away....

Just notice that Phase 4 lasts for precisely 2 hours on Tuesday afternoon, so I'll have to be quite ruthless in dropping everything then  :D

If you take a laxative the night before, you can drop everything in the morning, job done!...🙄

Does anyone know of any pubs in Hastings that would be showing the game ?
Only problem may be that TNT might be showing a Premiership game (or similar) and the locals want that on rather than our game.
Check that out first to avoid disappointment mate.🤞🤞🤞
No other league game at 5:30, but one of the FA Cup semis might be on at that time.
It will be crap trying to find a pub to watch it if all the pubs are showing Palace if it did turn out that's the time of their FA cup game.

Anyway can anyone recommend a good bar in downtown Paphos? Ta

I was in Miami with Shrek when Reading played the first leg of a play off semi. They weren't showing it in the Irish bar we were in. so we played it on his laptop and then let us connect it to their big tv screen

would be nice if they took into account the travelling supporters, whoever they are - with a few exceptions for course! Especially somewhere like Wrexham

On the one hand it would be nice if we stuff the Disney XI but on the other hand if Wrexham win and get promoted that day I will hear it from all my US mates who will be watching…..

Bloody Wrexham won't win on the day, whether or not they get promoted is out of our hands...

I’ve watched a few games in O’Neills over the years B.  Big bar, great terrace, with TVs all over the place showing different sports channels. They’ll put it on for you, if it isn’t already showing. It’s at Tombs of the Kings, Avenue 60. Heading out of Paphos towards Coral Bay, it’s part of a parade set back from the main road on the right hand side. Good food too 👍🏻

Has anybody on here ever seen the stats on how many fans sit in each tier? So, assuming an allocation of 1,200 tickets are made available, I am trying to gauge how far down the tiers or timings for ordering we will be?

No worries B. I was last there in May/June for nephews wedding. Just saw the news about the FA Cup game, so I’d be surprised if that wasn’t main choice, but they’ll show others as well if asked. Have a great time, I always enjoy being in Cyprus! 😎

Always the way when games are moved. It'll inconvenience some people and be good news for others.

It could've been worse though, as it could've been moved to a Friday or Monday night which would've been much worse than a Saturday evening (in my opinion).
would be nice if they took into account the travelling supporters, whoever they are - with a few exceptions for course! Especially somewhere like Wrexham

Amazed we have people like you following Charlton. I assumed all the armchair supporters were top 6 obsessed.
In what way is it 'amazing'? What constitutes an 'armchair support? Anyone outside of the 1k who go to the game? Charlton are top 6 (4 is less than 7) - amazed you don't know that
    Christ.

Armchair supporters = people who only watch on the tv and never go to games. Typically personified, like in the post I quoted, as someone who thinks a tv audience matters more than the match going fans.

Top 6 = referring to the top/big 6 in the Premier League.

    Goodness.

So I am not an armchair supporter then.

And no, it doesn't necessarily - there is life away from the Premier League. How many posts on here talk about is finishing in the top 6?

I never said either were more important. But maybe the issue was with OhMyGodden's comment, not mine?

Just because I've been to one game this season, through no fault of my own. Will be my second game of the season tomorrow.  Yes I did buy a season ticket for this season.

There is always a chance we could be playing them twice more within days after this match.
Hmmm. Not sure what permutations would be needed for the 2 clubs to finish 4th & 5th (only way we would play them in the play offs bar the final) but in any case I would say its very very highly unlikely.
Why couldn't it be 3rd and 6th? Them finishing 3rd is quite possible. Also possible for us to finish 6th although would certainly be hoping for higher.

I have a real predicament!! No chance I will get a ticket unfortunately but today I have been invited by Wrexham to go to the game as their guest ( they are seeking sponsorship) little do they know that there is a Charlton fan on their list lol. I will be watching the stream ! No chance I’m going to watch it surrounded by Wrexham fans lol

I love all this carping about match times & cant get back home....blah blah blah.

Go by car or by Valley Express. Thats what I'd be doing. But I wont be able to get a ticket seeing as I've only got 175 points.

So, stop moaning. Otherwise don't take up your allocation & let some other bugger go who doesn't mind that it's on at 5.30 and will drive it go by coach.

Why have you only got 175 points?

Go more away games and then you can start calling out people that actually do go.
He doesn't have many points because he doesn't score enough goals and keeps trying to rely on clean sheets.
Nah, it's actually the other way around.

He's got so few points because he's overly focussed on trying to score goals and can't keep a clean sheet for love nor money. His back door is constantly opening so much it's like it's caught in a storm, or like a shithouse door when the plague's in town!

You should definitely go - being there, even amongst Wrexham fans is 10 times better than watching on tv.
