Get play-off ready

Below are some key things to prepare ahead of tickets going on sale:

  • Make sure you have a Fan ID - in the event that the home leg goes on restricted sale, the club will only be able to sell to supporters with a Fan ID
  • You can find your Fan ID on your season ticket, any ticket confirmation email or on your online account if you log in with your email
  • If you don’t have a Fan ID, visit booking.cafc.co.uk and click 'register'
  • Make sure you've linked your friends and family to your account to aid the process if purchasing on their behalf
  • Make sure you know how many loyalty points you have - you can see this by simply logging into your ticketing account (loyalty points for 205/26 season tickets will not count for the play-off semi-finals)

Let's hope Royal Mail are on the ball with purchases from the 4th & 1st leg matches on the 10th. At least buying online means printing out at home is an option. If the away leg is on the 10th and IF it's in Stockport, some fans might travel on Friday 9th.

Wonder whether staff might be at The Valley for personal collection of tickets if that's the case. Think we'd go for the collection option .

Given they’ve suspended other sales via the ticket office for the week I think they’ll be expecting most to collect for the away leg

Why would it let you reserve and purchase a ticket when they're not on sale yet? Read it through properly!

Should Valley Gold membership appear somewhere when logged on to cafc.co.uk?

I don't see it on my profile or under memberships when in the ticketing section of the site

So if it’s not linked how can you buy tickets online being a ValleyGold member in the first phase ?
I presume I will have to buy them over the phone ?

Valley gold is not directly linked to the ticket system.

They manually update the ticket system to update a valley gold indicator so it is possible that a valley gold discount or valley gold membership for priority tickets is not active on the ticket system

They do cross check both systems on a regular basis but it is possible for them to be out of sync in which case you would have to phone the ticket office and get them to check your eligibility on the valley gold system. This is more likely to affect people who are new to valley gold

Ah I assumed you could reserve it (not buy) before they went on sale, to stop someone buying your seat when the window opens.

Not really a reservation in this case then, is it.

Isn’t it reserved until the end of the window on your behalf ie no action needed?

I renewed my ST yesterday. At one stage of the process, (before I went to the payment section) it said at the top of the screen that my Valley Gold discount was being automatically applied, and in the final confirmation the £15 discount was included.

It’s pretty clear when the play off dates are ( 10 May ) and kick off times ( 12.30pm and 7.45pm ) are the only question is which one ? the club could have said it’s either of these dates and kick off times .. it does give fans some idea especially 7.45 kick off on a Saturday evening !!!

Me and the boy will be doing the home leg and will probably do the beam back at the valley for the away leg...girls are too young for the 7:45 KO

If we get to the final, the missus and therefore the two young girls will becoming along, not so easy getting 5 tickets but my own fault for going on about the 2019 playoff final for the last 6 years.

I don't really know what all the hullabaloo is all about.

Anyone who wants a ticket for the home leg will get one, especially if a ST holder. Anyone who wants one for the away leg will probably only only get one if they are a ST holder as the allocation is likely to be less than 2k.

Who & when we play wont be known until 5pm tomorrow. So until then just chill yer bones & bask in the sunshine.
