    Yes neither can I. I didn't have time yesterday but breifly logged in to find that I couldn't purchase my own ST seat.

    You can buy your own seat, up to 11am tomorrow. If it’s ‘greyed’ out it’s because it’s reserved for you. Once you login you should be able to follow the link by clicking ‘here’ and buy your usual season ticket seats.

    Morning all,so I’m still waiting for an email confirmation regarding tickets from around 11:30ish yesterday, anyone else still waiting at all…😬
    We’ve not received either but have downloaded the tickets from going to the account. Otherwise suggest you call or email tickets@cafc.co.uk. 
    Thank you for this. It takes away what was my main fear that tickets hadn’t actually been allocated to me.
    I did buy two for relatives. Do you happen to know the best way to send them to them? There appears to be two options. Distribute and Forward.

    Poor planning by the ticket office if you ask me, there should also have been options for Meet in Pub, Meet at Ground.

    I have forwarded the email before, that worked. As long as they don't download the same ticket.

    Fair play, I emailed the Tickets email address around midday and explained not being able to pick my season tickets and buying the ones near them. They emailed back and sorted this out in the afternoon.

    I purchased two additional tickets for my daughter and her boyfriend yesterday, I added them all to my own Apple Wallet and shared them from there via WhatsApp.

    Yeah I had this issue too, multiple clicks, rechecking instructions, same again. Did work eventually, but I was getting frustrated and anxious.

    Yes, I can't log in. Just says error and to try later. Have tried password reset too but not working.

    This is as far as it goes for me…can’t get anywhere on site to print or download any tickets,I press download button & it comes up as error…anyways club emailed hope to get sorted today…🙏🏻

    @Greenhithe you’re not doing it right mate. Covered End isn’t sold out, if you had a ST then that seat is reserved for you until 11am Tuesday.  

    There’s loads of advice on how to do it properly earlier on this thread but If you can’t work out it out then phone the club line from 11am.

    You can still book your own seat up to 11am tomorrow

    They're using a queue app. Log on and click on tickets. Sales start at 1100. You will get a random place in the queue.
