I have clicked on the “Here” in the alert box and two of our three season ticket seats are available, but why not the third? We all sit together and the 25/26 season tickets were all renewed together. I tried to buy it separately but it’s greyed out.
    Will persevere.
I have the same problem only 2 of the 3 showing.
Bought the two that showed as linked,  email received with print at home tickets attached within 5 minutes. Grandson sorted out his own.

Am I surprised it’s been a complete shambles today? Sadly, not even a little bit. We’ve known for a full week we were in the play-offs — so why on earth wasn’t the box office open from 9am to 7pm, fully staffed, armed, and ready for the stampede so supporters could buy in person at the Valley?

Instead, we get a mystery adventure with more plot twists than a Netflix thriller just trying to book our own season ticket seats. Why wasn’t there a simple "click-your-seat" system in place? Why the confusing instructions that read like they were written during a fire drill?

And the phone lines… 40-minute waits? What’s going on — is there just one poor soul on the switchboard, frantically spinning plates?

Also, where are the away ticket details? There were only two possible outcomes! Surely that could’ve been prepared in advance?

Who is running the ticket office? Whoever it is, they've got a lot to answer for — as do the senior team meant to be steering this ship. Shocking organisation.Honestly, send Nathan down to sort it out and give them a right b******g. He’d sort it in five minutes — probably score a goal while he’s at it!

Think this is a bit over the top. And on the away details, it’s most likely a delay from the Wycombe side. Can’t start selling tickets until we have confirmed how many we have to sell
But isn't that the point. We knew before yesterday that in all likelihood we'd be playing either Stockport or Wycombe away at some point. Allocations would have been agreed in advance, prices agreed in advance, everything agreed in advance.

I don't blame the staff at all, it's whoever is in charge. A shame really because Thursdays Q&A will now be dominated by this debacle more so than other inter sting and important issues.

I never received an email, but if you go into your account and click on tickets, it will allow you to add to your Apple wallet, or print depending what option you selected.
Just to say there is not a print option for the 'Print at Home' option-you just have various things such as 'Distribute', 'Forward' or 'Recall'-I wish there was a print option as it would avoid the need to ask the ticket office to send the tickets by email!

Anybody who thinks today’s ticket buying process is a shambles clearly wasn’t there queuing up for tickets for the first of the two play off finals against Sunderland when he had to gradually snake our way back and forth for about 5 hours or so in the blazing sunshine.
I enjoyed that though, it was all part of the experience. Fings ain't like what they used to be.

Not at all over the top when you can't buy your own season ticket seats. Its offers only mine, not my wife's as well, and when I click on all the required 'here' 'proceed' etc it takes me back to a page which wants me to buy season tickets which I have already done. It is a total shambles.
I presume your wife is linked and listed to you as a special relationship?
I really don’t see that that’s any of your business!

Here’s the problem. Below is the reply to an email I sent them and they still use the expression “select ‘Click here to pick up your …seat.’ “. You have to click on the word “here” or it doesn’t work. A simple thing that good guidance should prevent people getting wrong.
You also need to log in first. I clicked on the link in the article on the web site and it automatically logged me on so I didn’t get that page.

    Keep it simple stupid.
    Could do better.

    Thank you for your email.

The steps on how to purchase your season ticket seats are below.

    1. Login to your account
    2. Select ' Home Tickets'
    3. Select 'Click here to pick up your 2024/25 season ticket seat'
    4. Select the tick box next to your name which will list your seat number
    5. Select 'proceed'

This will then add your season ticket seats to your basket.

    Kind Regards,

    CAFC

p.s where’s my email with the tickets!

Slight exaggeration I think. I think a lot of the issues were caused by fans who don't normally get their tickets online.

It’s not like we haven’t played them in years, we’ll probably get the same number as when we last play them. All the club has to do is decide what the set points are for the different phase.

Millwall had been relegated the day before so no one cared.

Is it OTT to think that the club could be prepared when they had a week to sort out their IT and staff the ticket office and think about having it open for people to come to Valley to buy Home leg today 9am -7pm? The Away leg again they have a week to sort this out with Wycombe and Stockport they know Away allocation from our two games there this season, so could have posted how they will prioritise the Away ticket sales today? Of course I was joshing that Nathan could give the ticket team a bit of a b*****g but think he may need to give them a pep talk "IF' we get to Wembley so that its not another shambles

Remember that well and some resourceful youths filling an tub with ice and selling cold cans to us in the queue must have made a fortune
