Looks like the system has gone down as lower covered end is coming up unavailable and can’t get through on the phone … so you can’t even chose a seat ?

I wonder if the club will make the 16-20 year old section more widely available. It comes as no surprise that this section is largely unsold whilst being surrounded by areas completely sold out already.

Finally got through on phone and after a 40 minute wait - one of the team has emailed me my tickets.

Still no email though can see the tickets showing as purchased within the ticketing system. Also bought around 11.30 today.
Got though on phone -  one of the team emailed them to me.

With ST holders seats being held until 11am tomorrow, why are so many panicking and buying elsewhere? You've literally got all day to sort it.
Season tickets holders tickets seats are reserved until 11am on Tuesday.
And then hundreds will come on sale as ST holders seemed to have purchased random ones today.

As someone without a ST I am waiting until 11am Tuesday when (hopefully) I'll be able to buy a seat in a pretty decent position. But I hope to God there isn't a free for all on the evening of thursday 15th when someone decides they want their usual ST seat instead of the one they've bought today.

    I predict carnage.

Ordered ours online. Simple click on the link for our ST seats, once I found the option.

Wycombe have only been given 2023 tickets, so looks like segregation and home fans in there too

I had to purchase my season  tickets in two different transactions because one of my friends is a concession.

I have received an email enclosing his ticket but not received mine yet.

Update I have now uploaded the ticket on my phone.

    Having a 'mare personally.
Bought a season ticket before midday today but it's still "Restricted" from purchase for my account.
Cannot get through to the ticket office via phone either, just cuts off after I press 1.
    Anyone else having this experience?
If it’s not the report running thing it might be the browser you’re using. It was restricted for me on Safari but worked fine on Chrome.

I suspect that’s an ’initial’ allocation

My season tickets are in the family stand, my daughters ticket doesn't come up for being able to buy and I can't buy mine or any additional as it says you need to purchase a U18  ticket to buy in the family stand

This is actually what was meant by 2023, massive fail!

When they are checking for the usability of a system, do they just ask the IT bloke sitting next to them?
They should try asking someone who thinks opening windows means winding the handle on the passenger door of their car to let some fresh air in.
1/2 an hour spent producing a step by step guide that even an occasional computer user can follow would save so much of everyone’s time.

That was a bit of a shit show. No surprise as that website is awful. I couldn't work out how to get my season ticket seat as none of the links worked, even though i was logged into my account and following all the prompts. I could see the additional seat i wanted wasn't available anyway so bought elsewhere. I then went back on to see about getting addition tickets and the links appeared to be working and the extra seat i wanted was now on sale! Picked up my preferred seats. But will now have to return the others. It was all very charlton lol

Not sure how many are because ST holders bought different seats but almost all of the North has gone

Is it worth me bothering tomorrow as a non ST holder?
I'd say yes if you want a ticket and no if you don't.

I am still waiting for my confirmation email and tickets but I did email the ticket office and was pleased to get a very prompt and helpful response:

"Thank you for your email. There is a slight delay on emails due to the large number of transactions being processed, please let us know if you have still not received this email tomorrow."

    A good response.

If this is an accurate sample then there will be loads of tickets available. The option for carers has an error so anyone in that situation will need to make a call. The click here thing was the worst part.

The away ticket process should be fine as it's the same system presumably as we've been using all season.

That's all i'd give them in total, meets the minimum 2,000 required and probably why 2,023 has been allocated. Hopefully the rest of the Jimmy Seed is given to us.

Every fan knew it was a daft idea apart from the proponents.

No IT system nor process flow is ever perfect and they’ll always be niggles.

But it does feel in most aspects this was a bit of a mess today which is a shame considering it’s not a new IT system, it’s been in play for years, it’s been clear for weeks we were going to be hosting these games, and let’s be honest, selling today to just ST holders and VG the actual number engaging in transactions was pretty small considering most groups have just one person arrange (ie. I was buying for 7 ST holders).

Is what it is. Don’t blame those in the office and manning phones at all and sure they’ve worked their nuts off today.

Unlikely they do a decent check for usability.
They can't do as we've never had a proper computer system.
It's always been and still is the worst site I need to use.

IT issues aren't too much of a surprise, we couldn't even give Charlotte and Nathan a fully working microphone yesterday.
