Always surprised that Toby Carvery is still in business, food is cheap but not good and often cold. How more diners do not get food poisoning is beyond me and i agree although the food may not technically be contravening any laws, that's probably a fault in the legal system rather than as a direct result of the offering.

It will be sad if this is the case. They should get more just for wasting everyone's time trying to deny it was them. I think I read that there was a video on one of their phones of them doing it.

I think there should be some sort of National Service set up for offenders, as opposed to sending them to prison. There must be a way of getting these people to serve a useful purpose, when they are not a serious danger to the public.

According to BBC, The men will be sentenced on 15 July with criminal damage having a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison
And not branch out into further crime.
