I don't know. Was european scout for Brighton as they got promoted and then first successful years in prem, very short spell stoke, then luton where they reached championship playoffs twice successful second time around and then relegated twice.

Difficult to say how much is due to the scouting.

I think he was chief scout when we signed all those players before SCPs title winng season. Could be wrong though.

Seems to follow Jones around a bit, was here before, and worked at Brighton at the same time as Dr. Abbott.

which one was that?

He was chief scout in summer 2011 (among other years) when we signed an almost entirely new squad in League One, many of who went to have good careers in the Championship and Premier League.

Pelly Mpanzu has just been released by Luton.

Although he's not exactly stood out whilst on loan for Rotherham, and imagine we would have tried to sign him on loan in January if Jones truly wanted to link up with him again.
