I must admit I’m nervous and this waiting around for an email is not helping my productivity. They still appear in my ticket account and I have paid, but given I went through a cancellation process when trying to swap to better seats I’m hoping my tickets haven’t been lost somehow. 🙏
The club announce on Tuesday that tickets will be with supporters within 48 hours, not even 24 hours have passed and people are emailing them.
You’re not waiting on the post, it’s just an email. Chill out, they’ll turn up and if they don’t it will get sorted.
That's true. But it's also up there with "everyone who wants a ticket will get one". Experience tells us that these sort of statements aren't always true, and there was the fiasco last time of people having to queue up on the day at Wembley to get their tickets.

But yes, people should learn to read a bit more!
I get there is an inconvenience factor if your tickets don't arrive, but if you've purchased a ticket you will be in that stadium on Sunday.
The club said within 48 hours you should have received tickets and yet people are ringing and e-mailing after about 20 hours.
I'm speaking as someone who made 3 separate orders and haven't received any tickets yet. If they have not arrived by this time tomorrow and I see that the large majority of fans have received theirs then yes, I'll probably think about contacting the club, not 4 days before the game.
Not sure how a lot of people would survive if they went to any UEFA games when the QR code only appears on the app a couple of hours before.

People saying everyone should get a ticket if they want one is not the same as the club saying tickets will be emailed within a 48-hour period.
Last time, fiasco was also caused by postal issues. We're dealing with email only this time.
Understand the slight anxiety of waiting, but it's a bit like waiting for your luggage at the airport, when part of your head is saying your bag is missing and the other is saying it'll turn up in a minute.
