So what was the response to season ticket increases from the advisory board? We're they even informed? Ticket pricing is probably one of, if not the most important topic for the majority of fans.
The club can put up these fan representatives all they want but if they're not informing them or even listening to them then it's just clap trap. And quite frankly not worth the paper they are listed on.
Initially, a task and complete group will be established focusing on fans' events in the 2025/26 season which will report into the Advisory Board, who will provide advice to the Charlton Board.
Maybe they're too busy sorting out groups and boards!
are either of the fan advisors CL members? Don't think I have seen either comment on this matter yet. If I were them I'd be asking what my actual purpose is.
IW praised the Ticket Office and their efficiency. IW asked for notice when going on sale with away tickets. TR said that the club have a process now in place that supporters receive up to 24 hours notice of tickets going on priority sale.
I'm glad that's been changed, as it was always daft that the email with away ticket phasing times used to go out on the same morning that the phases started, so that people with high priority might not even be aware the process had started and miss their slot.

Jeesh.
