Be nice but I'm sure the EFL will faff about0 -
How? They are massive.5

I have no love for Wednesday, but their owner is a stain on their club and football and needs to be threatened with the same action as Reading’s.24

That might be one club certs for relegation then if they lose Rohl (likely).
Sounds horrible as they're a proper club, but it certainly helps us.

Powell had enough with one bonkers owner so will be surprised if he would accept an offer to become the new manager.5 -

Outside of Windass and Bannan, I'm not seeing much
If they don't invest they could have a similar season to Plymouth.0 -
A warning that even a one time 'MASSIVE Club' that stays in the lower leagues too long can lose its fanbase, investors, public interest etc and wither on the vine. Perhaps Sheffield, albeit a big urban area is too small to support two 'big clubs'
We need to beware that a swift relegation could land us in a similar situation.5 -

It’s not the first time this season either.0

If Wednesday are desperate and resort to a 'fire sale', I'd love Bannan, even at age 35, to join us. (hopefully on the cheap lol)
He's been one of the very best Champ midfielders for years3 -

Bannan hates us being an ex Nigel and after he had the piss taken out of him by Tariq Holmes-Dennis. Remember some shitty tweets from him when we were last relegated.15

Proper wrongun of a football club. Much like life, you can smell em a mile off!

‘The EFL have found Sheffield Wednesday guilty of the charges and in line with our sanctions policy must now re-employ Katrien Meire with immediate effect.’33

Must be a good candidate for the bottom 3 next year - aging squad, will likely get a transfer embargo based on this, and Rohl is being linked with other jobs.3

Is the punishment just a transfer embargo ? Shame its not a points deduction.1

They could still get a points deduction as well0

They’ll get a slapped wrist and a final warning.8

I don't like them but the owner is a joke2

Nothing ever actually happens with stuff like this.
They get told they're in breach, they ignore it, and in a few months time they do it again, get told they're in breach, and ignore it, and so on and so forth ad infinium4 -
I’m actually against clubs being punished for having bad owners. That is to say, if they fail to pay wages etc. Yes, they should have a transfer embargo, but not points deductions.I think it is clubs that have owners that bend finacial rules to overspend who should be punished with points deductions. Severely.2
