A lot of it depends on the fixture list. I have no idea who Watford played in the run in but if it was a lot of teams aiming for play offs then they’re going to get moved0

One way would be to give every ST holder a 50% discount on the new shirt for the coming season. They should still make money on each shirt and they’d probably sell a lot more, which in turn could encourage others who might not normally buy one if they start seeing a lot more red shirts all around the ground on match days.3

Join over 10,000 season ticket holders who have remained on the pitch since the Wycombe home leg.9

All this talk of whether you get better value from a season ticket and it might go from £16 to x a match etc etc. Then looking at how much you can watch on the telly. And "I cant get to night games or Sunday games or...." boo hoo hoo. You do know what "support" means dont you? No wonder that old tart called us customers.10

I think we have all been impacted by the Belgian days. They didn't give a shit about us or have any ambitions for the club. So many of us then had a mindset of following Charlton but without wanting to hand over unnecessary cash that was destined for his pocket.
We need to get beyond that and regain our combined passion. I think that we may be heading in the right direction.4 -

Athletico Charlton said:I guess it all depends on how we are getting on, but if we get to 12,000 season tickets, and most away clubs will bring 3,000 with them what would be the chances of averaging 5,000 walk ups and being 20,000+ av over next season I wonder.I do think the away numbers are trending up0

I think if we get anywhere near 11,500 STs we’ll have done very well given so many years of nonsense. You wouldn’t normally expect to sell hardly anything from now to the second half of July. Maybe 1,000 in the run-up to the first game.2

I don’t think we’ll break 12,000. Like I’ve said before, there was plenty of excitement and optimism ahead of previous League One promotion seasons — especially in 2011–12 going into 2012–13 — and we fell short then. I can’t remember if there was a price increase on those occasions, but this time there is, and it’ll inevitably affect our chances of setting a new record for recent season ticket sales at this level. Happy to be proven wrong of course.
