From a basic Google, it looks like Hills’ deal with Norwich ends in November 2025, I think

Would love Brad Hills , dealt very well with Miles away from home and seems like a bit of a shithouse. Can't see Norwich even with the signings they've made letting him go on a permanent. Signed an extension until 2027 last summer

Contracts invariably end 30th June, the above would be very unusual.

Hopefully an addition to the squad not a replacement for someone like Ramsey?

He is keeping very tight lipped and I have used my two guesses.
I was hoping that the genuine ITKs would know.
You could turn it into a game of Guess Who

Maybe he does, but I would say that over recent seasons we have got better value for money buying players from clubs below us than from clubs above us. Successes and failures from both directions, but the failures from above have cost us a lot more.

    from clubs below us
    Ramsay big success
    Lloyd Jones big success
    Alfie May big success
    Mannion success
    Blackett-Taylor success
    Tennai Watson meh
    Payne partial failure
    Jayesimi failure
    Terry Taylor failure
    McGrandles failure

    from clubs above us
    Berry partial failure
    Terrell Thomas partial failure
    Hector failure
    Camara failure
    Fraser failure
    Abankwa failure
    Wickham failure
    Ladapo failure
    Edun failure
    Louie Watson failure
    Chem Campbell failure
    Tedic failure
    Bakinson failure
    Fiorini failure
    McIntyre failure
    Potts failure
    Allan Campbell failure
    Aneke total failure
    Ahadme disaster
    Kirk disaster
Mate, I appreciate that your reply is your own personal view......but I don't know where to start or what to say

Only problem with Ramsay at RWB is he pretty much offers nothing going forward and neither does Edwards on the other side. That means it’s all on whoever plays the TC role to create.
Assuming we play the same system next season, of course.

Imagine it would a loan if it was to be Hills, though that doesn’t seem to fit in with our model

Norwich have signed two CBs this summer so would make sense they let Hills go, even if it's only out on loan again.

Hills has been linked with going to Posh. Could be a load of nonsense though

i know it's been said it is not Burke but wiki says he is a CB and can play LB so wouldn't he be competition for Gillesphey and Edwards, not Ramsey?

Hills won the physical battle with Chucks which made me notice him. Really hope it's him.

I've heard it's someone that likes to kick cats. Welcome Kurt Zouma

He’s right footed, I would guess he probably just covered there early on in his career?

Burke played FB/WB for a spell at Luton in prem apparently and this is where his assists were picked up. Got the impression right hand side not left but may be wrong on that. Btw, wording went something like you are negotiating a deal for TK and are also in for Burke. Latter sounded less progressed but very interested.

Is Hills left or right footed? I think Zach is good back-up for either LJ or KR, and we also have Josh Laq who will be 20 shortly. No need for another rightly, get a pacy RWB, possibly somebody like Valery (or Ofiah) who could also fill in inside.

Iv just asked someone at Norwich about Brad Hills and said he’s very highly rated and would be surprised if they’d let him go but he’d try find out for me.

I have already said "sorry" but apparently not clearly enough so I offer my apologies to all those irritated, confused, or angered by my botched post.

I was trying to make what I still think is a valid point, that we have in recent seasons got better value out of signing from clubs below us than from clubs above us.

However, in compiling a list of names I suffered IT difficulties in transferring them to this board, which made a nonsense of it all. Nor was I able to edit or delete it. (I was foolishly attempting to do two things at the same time, having momentarily forgotten I am not a woman). There was no intent to fiddle the evidence one way or the other.

Thanks to most of you for your good-humoured responses.

Looks like he can leave but won’t confirm at the moment if it’s Charlton or not.

We should bring out a Charlton version

Is he currently playing for a club nearer the national railway museum
    than us?

Can he play wing back and in midfield and his current club’s fan describe us as vile

    Are Preston in for him

Will Golfie be happy with him

    Did he play for Luton

  • Could it be Doughty back?

With that list of questions one of the answers will always be a no.

I seem to remember Ramsay being very strong and willing as a runner taking the ball forward last season.... maybe not taking people on per se.
I agree, I honestly don’t get the Ramsey offers nothing going forward. He is a very good ball carrier! Be happy him playing RWB. But we will miss his pace in the back 3 and last ditch tackles
