Loved it as a kid getting all the players autographs after the games at the small courts, and playing all the mini games in the Robinsons centre or whatever it was called.
One player who I asked for his autograph when I was 12, I couldn't remember his name and he had the right hump and asked why I wanted his autograph if I don't care to learn his name 😂1 -

I have applied through the ballot most years since and been about 16 to 18 or maybe even a few more times and to about 5 or 6 finals- I'm ashamed to admit that I can't remember them all individually but can remember a few including Andy Murray's first win - although we must have been in the 2 seats the furthest from the court - but didn't mind!
I had so many amazing autographs plus pages of Charlton players from about 1976 until about 1982. It was falling apart and I was very upset when my parents checked it out with a load of stuff I'd left at the family home when they moved back to Scotland - when I was old enough to have moved out of home but still young enough not to think about what I wanted to salvage (unfortunately)3 -

Same as you wondering where all my stuff went! It is criminal how much stuff my Mum or Aunt have thrown out.
I had this really cool metallic flip book with what must have been 10s to hundreds of players competing at Wimbledon and it got thrown out by someone.
And my family wonder why I keep so much stuff now and refer to me as a hoarder when it was them who cause the emotional damage 😂1 -
Djokovic drops the first set to De Minaur.
Novak is playing terribly.1 -

And then all the ones I kept after my first game in 1962.
All of them long since either chucked out or passed on to me cousin back in the 80s.
I did get the programme from my first game on Ebay a few years back0 - Sponsored links:

De minaur blew that!0

Novak with the second set. 6-4. Still not overly convincing.
His coaches look like a right bunch of miseries. Probably not helped by them having to wear matching outfits.1 -

Is Djokovic struggling a bit, especially on the longer rallies? Or pretending to?
How long before he picks on a random in the crowd to 'argue' with to rile himself up?0 -

I think De Minaur is playing to exhaust Novak, but yes a Jokervic rant incoming…1

Game on, again…1

Always find it weird when one person pronunces a name differently to everyone else.
Including the person whose name it is.
Does McEnroe hear Djokovic and think "No, he's getting his own name wrong, it should be Jokervic"?1 -

Another American with a seriously powerful serve in Shelton. Which he seems to rely on far too much.0

Is coaching allowed now? Seems a lot of interaction between some players snd their team, Sinner just now clearly getting instructions.0
