It is but when someone is bowling at 85mph bat and pad are so close together it can be difficult to differentiate the order of the two sounds from 22 yards. It all happens so fast. Reviews are the very reason why umpires in club games get so much stick for making mistakes because they don't have the benefit of rectifying those.Covered End said:
