Drummer is Joey Waronoker who was in Liam’s touring band. Backing vocals are from Noel high flying birds.
And as Bonehead has played with Liam recently, and Gem has played with Noel in recent years (and Liam's Beady Eye previously) the backing musicians are very much a mixture of Noel and Liam's solo touring bands!
Watching that video back reminded me of the feeling on Friday night where you don't know whether to watch the stage or watch the crowd. The crowd really do make these shows. It looked mad even right at the back of the stadium. The intro to Cigarettes & Alcohol was the maddest set of 'limbs' I've ever seen at a gig.
Can only imagine what those scenes will be like when they get to South America.
Fuckin’ in the Bushes is such an awesome walk-out song. There’s just something about those aggressive drums to announce themselves as they’re walking out.
It samples Rikki Farr’s infamous rant at the Isle of Wight Festival in 1970
”We put this festival on, you BASTARDS! With a lotta LOVE! We worked for one year for you PIGS! And you wanna BREAK our walls down? And DESTROY it? WELL YOU GO TO HELL!”
Was at Heaton Park on Friday. Thought Noel and Liam were vocally sensational. Liam has obviously been doing something right because i've watched enough of him in recent years to believe that his voice was failing, but on Friday he sounded as good as he ever has.
My only criticism was that it felt that they were just going through the motions - wasn't much interaction with the crowd. The just sang their songs then disappeared.

I thought the same after seeing them in Cardiff.
But now I think about it, it’s actually bit of a master stroke if it’s done that way by design…
Every tabloid is having to scrape the barrel on clickbait headlines about “Liam said this” or “Noel did that”, and instead most people are just talking about how absolutely brilliant the show is. A lot of people in the media (and the public to an extent) wanted it to fail, and so far they’ve been put in their place.
Gutted, went on twickets the other day, saw 3 seats at Wembley for £70 each, text a mate to ask if he wanted to come and by the time he responded they had gone. Should have just bought them there and then

If my experience of Twickets is anything to go by then they were likely already sold before you saw them. Been trying to buy Fontaines tickets for about 2 months with no success.
If you'd have said to me a year ago that Oasis would be back together performing but I'd not be able to get a ticket I'd have never believed you. I'd hoped some would become available on the resale sites nearer the time (aside from those still going for silly prices), but tried to convince myself I wouldn't be missing out... however seeing all the videos/reviews has tipped my right back into a state of despair/desperation again - the sound better now than any of the 5 or 6 times I saw them back in the day!
I saw two blokes in the pub I'll know who are going on Saturday and they were really grinding my nose in it. Im jealous no two ways about it and I've seen Oasis dozens of times
I do badly want them to get covered in piss though

Still on sale now.
