Always has a home here in SE7. A massive loss and I hope she has something wonderful lined up for her next move.

wonder whether she's decided to leave to enable Miles a bit more space - must be difficult having your mum at work - not saying this is the reason but she's always given the impression she loves her job so maybe a selfless move following Miles extended contract?

I am genuinely saddened by this wont seem quite the same without Tracey being at the club. She is the epitome of everything that is right at the club and will be sadly missed. Thanks for all that you have done Tracey and I wish you well in the future. Hopefully we will see you still at The Valley watching Miles have the great season I expect him too.

Really sad to hear this. Always thought Tracey was part of the furniture, but I wish her the best for the future. I know she'll still be seen a lot on match days. You can take the girl out of Charlton, as the saying goes.

Charlton legend. Has done as much for the club over the last 10 years as anyone on or off it. All the best @Tracey with whatever you do next. Will be sorely missed.

A big loss,  as she's been brilliant with all the non local signings.  And really hard to replace.

There's been interesting things written about this role at various clubs, and I think the statement said ' new challenges' so very best of luck to this proper stalwart. Hopefully an appearance on the pitch at the right time for a farewell.

Really disappointing to read this, been a true servant to the club and will be almost impossible to replace - Bloody coincidence though, was making my lunch earlier, and was randomly thinking about Charlton, wondering if Tracey would ever leave the club and couldnt see it ever happening.

Going to be a massive loss and hard to replace. Legend is bandied around too much but in this instance it’s deserved. Good luck Tracey in whatever you do next and thanks for the PSA testing initiative, you have saved lives no doubt.

Will be a huge loss but that role is not a 9-5 one and your phone is always on regardless of the time of day, it must be exhausting for anyone

Good luck to Tracey in what she decides to do next

She will be missed.  I’ve got to know Tracey fairly well over the years and she’s literally the definition of her nickname at the club.  She is known as “Mum” and it just suits her

Big shoes for Linda Apter to fill 🤭

If it’s what Tracey wants then we should be pleased for her but for CAFC it’s a big loss. A very big loss.
