Going to be a big loss…she seems to live and breathe Charlton. Shocked.2

Ah bollocks that’s a shame1

Addick through and through, however if she fancies another project, we all support you Tracey and good luck!2

In an ideal world, she's off to do a similar role for the England National Team
We'd be unstoppable0 -
As I said before Charlton royalty.6

Oh wow……. That’s a shocker.
we need to find a way to show our appreciation for all that she’s done…….17 -
Huge loss for the club that, I wish Tracey all the very best in her new venture.1

Oh Gawd…..I never saw that coming…..there will never be a finer advertisement anywhere for a club behind the scenes representative.
She made the position her own in such a special way….countless favours and kindness done for so many of us over the years.
Good luck Tracey…..things aren’t going to be the same, that’s for sure. 👏👋🏼2 -
On that's such a shame. One of those special people that no one ever has a bad word for (maybe Southall excepted but he don't count!).
I'm sure she'll be a huge success wherever and whatever she does next though. Big shoes for her replacement to fill indeed.4 - Sponsored links:

ForeverAddickted said:Really disappointing to read this, been a true servant to the club and will be almost impossible to replace - Bloody coincidence though, was making my lunch earlier, and was randomly thinking about Charlton, wondering if Tracey would ever leave the club and couldnt see it ever happening.0

Sorry to hear this, best of luck to Tracey.2
-
Well she can forget the MBE now!
A huge hole to fill. Enjoy whatever the future brings, Tracey.2 -
That's a real shame. I didn't expect her to ever leave, even if Miles did.3
-
Bugger! that is a shock , however I truly wish her every happiness and success in whatever she chooses to do in the future. Good idea by @Rob7Lee , would be great to show how much she is loved and appreciated.2

She may never have kicked a ball for us but should be considered for the hall of fame. Absolutely superb servant to the club for 10-years who went well above and beyond. Good luck to her in her future endeavours.

Huge loss, she will be an asset wherever she goes.2

Well that sucks.Having said that, all the best Tracey, in everything thing you do. Thank-you for everything you brought to your role at the club.2

Like everyone else I am shocked and saddened at this news. I met Tracey a few times, she is a friend of a friend of mine. She was committed totally to the prostate cancer checking programme as well as being a welcoming and friendly (I WON'T say motherly lol) presence to new players and always available to help all players and staff.
Needless to say, she will leave a big hole in the CAFC family.
All the very best in the future Tracey4 -
Really sad news. A huge asset who knows and 'gets' Charlton, and who imparts that knowledge to new signings.
I'm sure she'll also be missed by the players who consider her a mother figure.
She'll also be fondly remembered as one of the loyal staff members who fought for the club when it was under attack.
Good luck Tracey.5 - Sponsored links:

Really Really Really sad day for Charlton Athletic FC, Tracey has been invaluable to the club and players alike, you will be missed incredibly Tracey, and I am sure everyone here will want to wish you everything you wish yourself for the future and more...
Thank you for all you gave to our club through thick and very thin days...5 -
Did she time her resignation just right for one final work paid holiday to Slovenia?!
Good luck to her!2 -
Totally shocked and saddened by this news. I hope everything is okay and this turns out to be nothing more than a change of job situation
Thank you for all your hard work Tracey, you will be missed2 -
Shocked by this news, good luck in your new job Tracey.1
-
Should be given a guard of honour + tunnel jump recognition at the Watford game (if still around to say goodbye).
Legend8 -
Ah that’s a shame. Will be really missed at the club.2

Gutted. She is Mrs Charlton.
She rang me during COVID period, after I simply emailed the club. She set up the JJ video message for my dad's 80th birthday, I was overwhelmed by her care for the fans on top of her duty to players, at what must have been a strange time at the club.
Have to say, as ordinary as she comes across, to me she is extraordinary and I was a bit starstruck.
The status of legend is oft applied too soon or for the unworthy. Tracey has been everything good about our club. An asset that cannot be easily replaced. Maybe not National Treasure, but definitely one in SE7!27 -
Nooo, that's so sad.1
