In an ideal world, she's off to do a similar role for the England National Team

    We'd be unstoppable

Oh Gawd…..I never saw that coming…..there will never be a finer advertisement anywhere for a club behind the scenes representative.
She made the position her own in such a special way….countless favours and kindness done for so many of us over the years.
Good luck Tracey…..things aren’t going to be the same, that’s for sure. 🫩👏👋🏼

On that's such a shame. One of those special people that no one ever has a bad word for (maybe Southall excepted but he don't count!).

I'm sure she'll be a huge success wherever and whatever she does next though. Big shoes for her replacement to fill indeed.

Really disappointing to read this, been a true servant to the club and will be almost impossible to replace - Bloody coincidence though, was making my lunch earlier, and was randomly thinking about Charlton, wondering if Tracey would ever leave the club and couldnt see it ever happening.
She may be leaving as your stalking her, just a thought. As in all honesty Tracey leaving popping into your head isn’t normal…..

That's a real shame. I didn't expect her to ever leave, even if Miles did.
  • Bugger! that is a shock , however I truly wish her every happiness and success in whatever she chooses to do in the future. Good idea by @Rob7Lee , would be great to show how much she is loved and appreciated.

She may never have kicked a ball for us but should be considered for the hall of fame.  Absolutely superb servant to the club for 10-years who went well above and beyond.  Good luck to her in her future endeavours.

Like everyone else I am shocked and saddened at this news.  I met Tracey a few times, she is a friend of a friend of mine. She was committed totally to the prostate cancer checking programme as well as being a welcoming and friendly (I WON'T say motherly lol) presence to new players and always available to help all players and staff.
Needless to say, she will leave a big hole in the CAFC family.
All the very best in the future Tracey

Really sad news. A huge asset who knows and 'gets' Charlton, and who imparts that knowledge to new signings.
I'm sure she'll also be missed by the players who consider her a mother figure.
She'll also be fondly remembered as one of the loyal staff members who fought for the club when it was under attack.
    Good luck Tracey.

Should be given a guard of honour + tunnel jump recognition at the Watford game (if still around to say goodbye).
