    Really gutted about this .
    The club really feels like it's on an upward trajectory. This feels like a big step back.

    Gutted to read this but that's possibly a bit selfish if she has made the decision for the right reasons, which I'm sure she has.

    It feels the same as if we had just sold Miles to Millwall. She is irreplaceable and will be sorely missed. Good luck in whatever you do  next, Tracey. You are a legend!

    I'd like to think that Tracey believes that the club is in good hands and she can move on with no concerns or loose ends left behind, good luck Tracey, we've had some poor performances on the pitch and behind the scenes but you always played a blinder.

    This is a shock and the timing is a bit surprising, just as we start building for next season. I just hope that it is truly something Tracey felt she wanted to do and that there are nothing but good feelings on everyone's part. I echo all the positive sentiments recorded on here - she is an absolute Charlton legend.

    I imagine she's taken a job, where it's very much a job rather than a 24/7 cause. It must have been exhausting the amount of commitment she gave to her role with us.

    What a loss!

    Small leaving suddenly feels insignificant. (no disrespect to Small, in fact I was/am gutted he left)

    Tracey is one of the reasons the club is unique, and it feels like our club.

    Geniunely good luck to the club finding the multiple people needed to replace her.

    I hope the departure is on good terms all round, anything else would not be right.

    Wherever she ends up next is extremely lucky.

    What was noticeable was when ex players returned with other clubs, she was the first person they headed for. Very sad to see her going. She was at the heart of everything outside the playing side that we did.

    She deserves a testimonial match in her honour.

    Tracey in her own way has had a massive impact on the club as much as any top profile personality we’ve had at the club, whether that be a Manager, player ,  Director or owner. 
    She’ll be a tough act to follow & I’m sure will be sadly missed I’m sure. Hopefully whatever she’s moving onto gives her happiness & fulfilment & is something she wants to do & not something she is thinking she has to do for reasons not yet clear  !

    I don’t suppose the role will ever be the same again. 

    In the turmoil we’ve all experienced over the last decade Tracey been perhaps the golden thread that has kept the sometime shit show together

    Many of us hold dear the way our club as been always rooted with the communities that follow , and the way we nurture and cherish the young men and women who represent us. 

    No one has better encapsulated those values as you ,  and as such you will deeply missed
