I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who’s taken the time to message since the news came out that I’m leaving the club.
I’ve been genuinely touched by your kind words and memories! It’s been a privilege to be part of this club for the past ten years, and reading your messages has reminded me just how special this place is and how lucky I’ve been to be a part of it.
I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together and I will miss so many of you that have given me such amazing support over the years.

Aww. @Tracey you’re so awesome. We’re really going to miss you.
I'm really sad to hear this news — Tracey is a Charlton legend, loved by both players and fans. She’s always come across as selfless, and while this must be tough, I hope it gives Miles more space to grow his career. It can’t have been easy for him with his mum looking after his mates at the club. I’m sure Tracey and Carl will still be in the stands supporting Miles and Charlton. I really hope the club marks her contribution at the Watford opening game. She deserves a proper send-off, maybe even her own tunnel jump. Good luck in your next chapter, Tracey — wherever you go, they’ll be lucky to have you.

Us fans are going to miss you TJ, the club is going to miss you, and importantly so are the players. We all know you did far more work than what was probably in your job description, always there, always going above and beyond.
We can only hope that the club recruit well, and this is no disrespect to whoever comes in who may be amazing, but you are simply irreplaceable.
It was clear at Wembley before the Play Off Final, Traceys influence with the players, standing outside the Hilton Hotel giving reassuring words to them, then taking the front seat in the coach waving to the fans. I'm glad she was able to celebrate on the pitch after we got promoted and was in changing room standing by the side as Nathan gave his speech to the team. You will be missed !

All the very best in what you do next. Your place in the history of the club is assured.
Well done with everything you have done for Charlton @Tracey. Something tells me that you feel the time is right, with the club being in safe hands, for you to begin the next steps in making a positive contribution towards a new challenge.
On the side, how cool will it be to see Tracey and Big Carl sitting next to each other supporting Miles!
A very big loss to the club, I will miss our infrequent chats on PSA testing day and watching her herding mascots every home match; players for the tunnel jumps; and players children at the end of each season. I would guess that these were nowhere in her job description, along with so much more that she extended her role to cover (ESI departure lounge). I doubt that we will get a replacement that can fill her shoes and in some way or other we must recognise her contribution to the club during the first match of the season.
Gutted Tracey is leaving but curious she didnt mention her new job. If she felt overwhelmed by the 24/7 nature of her her role, I'm surprised the club didn't negotiate a change of terms. She is that valuable.
Our loss is someone else's gain and it wouldn't surprise me if she didnt double or triple her salary. She just needs a link to this thread on her c.v.
@Tracey who of all the players has been your favourite to interact with, other than Miles. Which player needed the most mothering as they weren't capable of sorting things for themselves? And without naming them has any been horrible?

Tracey has done so much for me and my family over the years. My kids are 9 and 14 and she's met them both and they loved her. The fact that she meets 1000's family's and kids non stop and she makes it her mission to please them is amazing. We will miss you

This was my thinking too - Carter wouldn’t have wanted to lose her, he’d know how it looks to fans. So I imagine she can’t be convinced for whatever reason. Wish she wasn’t leaving

A pillar of the club's personality for a decade, was very friendly when I met her at the Sarr/Bauer Charlton station meet'n'greet ofc but you only need to see what players have said about her to measure her contribution. Hope she has a bright future lined up
To say I am gutted that you are leaving is a massive understatement.
I have seen and said hello to you at many events. (no, I am not a stalker).
You always say hello to everybody, from the many stories and videos of you doing the players liaison has been enjoyable to watch and read about. I will miss that immensely. (as do the players).
Then I read and see the many stories of people contacting you and you have gone over and above, not once, but many, many times for everyone.
Miles, has a great Mum and Dad, taking care of him and his career.
Thank you for everything you have done and Good Luck in whatever, you do.
