.
looks like Watford’s first team has only had 4 pre-season matches. i thought our 6 looked like one game too few, probably because none were at home, but theirs looks ridiculously too few.
Looking at the Covered End ticket availability yesterday afternoon and there were around 100 left between the two tiers

All the way over in N block to get two together fer chrissakes! What is the world coming to!?!1

Still available seats next to each other in that block but looking like the rest of the limited single seat availability in the block next to it and the 4 below on the Lower North are unlikely to see the day out so block N will quickly follow suit it fans that want to sit next to each other in the Covered End don’t rush to snap up those first.ArmchairAddick said:All the way over in N block to get two together fer chrissakes! a packed Covered End and a packed away end should ramp up the atmosphere another notch or two.0 -
Look at Watford’s last 6 games in the Championship last season + their pre-season form. They are not a team looking to tear up any trees (as things stand) - we need to put them under come Saturday… 2 -
Just five sleeps to go! I just need the bloody season ticket to turn up in the post now!0

I've heard of 7, 12, 16, 17, 19, 23, 25 all the rest a mystery.
Mind you it will be the same most weeks as we've not played a lot of these teams in years.

Yeah but you’ll have been in New York, the others have to live in wales and Grimsby, I give them the win.WSS said:Landing from NYC at 6.30am on the Saturday. Rush home, drop off case, back on train.1 -
Heard over the weekend that Watford up to date have won their first match for the last 5 seasons and better than anyone else. Cant be arsed to check to see whether its true.0

That's the type of stat that we usually break.
If Watford hadn't won on the first day for 5 seasons then I'd be worried.2 -
It is true, I’m a saddo and I checked !!Chippycafc said:Heard over the weekend that Watford up to date have won their first match for the last 5 seasons and better than anyone else. Cant be arsed to check to see whether it’s true.
That means they are well overdue an opening day defeat.0 -

NTT20 boys said they had absolutely no idea where to place Watford in their 1-24 prediction so they just put them in 13th.
They could be excellent and they could be dreadful. Either way, the result on Saturday won’t tell us much about Charlton either way.
Will need a good 6-8 games to get a clearer picture. They do say the table takes shape after 10.2 -
Less than 65 tickets remain in the Covered End Lower for Saturday’s fixture against Watford as The Valley heads for its highest attendance for a home opener in at least 17 years.
Limited tickets are left in the Covered End Upper and with tickets selling quickly, supporters are advised to get their ticket now.
