No Hobden or Wales either, so a lot of players who could be with the first team tonight.0
-
Decent number of names I’ve never seen before in that team0
-
Surely this isn’t really a rain delay?!0

Barnsley playing with their shirts inside out. Presumably didn't realise that we play in red.8

16’ GOALLLLLLLLLL | WE’RE AHEAD 🤩Paris Lock threads a perfect pass in behind the Barnsley defence for Reuben Reid to run onto, finding the back of the net with a tidy finish👏7
-
Looks like the trialists are a left back called Sheaf and a left winger called Mills.

Ben Sheaf, was in Southampton Academy up until the summer. Not to be confused with the namesake CDM who played for Coventry.2
-
Management were ruthless in replacing two-thirds of our successful first team from last season. Now they are doing the same with the u21s.
Onwards and upwards!0 -
There's an 18 year old Ben Sheaf who's a left back last at Southampton.
Mills could be a left winger from Brighton under 21s2 -

He has Czech and Senegalese roots, so perhaps came about through family connections.3 -
Either that or he's got a Czech mate...Scoham said:https://www.instagram.com/reel/DN0b8WA0Ewh/Seydil Toure who we released this summer has joined FK Viagem, a 2nd tier Czech side.

Worth following this account and his Substack as he shared thoughts on some of our academy games last season too2 -
For me Jacob Safa was the pick of our players, in a hard fought game.
1-1 was a fair result to both teams performances.3 -
Sheff Utd at Bramall Lane, 7pm.
They sometimes stream from the live section of their YouTube channel so worth checking this evening:3 -

... and on other streams on YouTube, too. Hopefully, at least one of them will do the job.0 -
United usually a strong U21 side and have done well in the northern section of this league in recent years.
There first team is in a bit of a mess however and this may impact on their selection.
With no league cup game our side should look a bit older and stronger than Tuesday but it will be a tough test IMHO.
Will try to catch at least some of the stream.0
