    The Upper Covered End is much steeper than the lower tier or the Jimmy Seed, so the safety benefit is definitely greater.

    How can standing without any barriers possibly be considered "safe"? At Bristol I had a guy standing on his seat next to me using my shoulder for balance and a toddler in the row below me in front. No barriers anywhere. Absolute madness !

    I met someone from the architects once who told me that they had gone a tiny bit over the permitted angle but nobody had really noticed. Dunno if that's true but it's a great view up there.

    bit extreme!, I meant pointless installing them in the JS as almost every away fan always stands for 90 mins anyway
