I'm a bit behind, such a shame that cross from Campbell didn't go straight in.
  • Not too sure if he was crossing or going for goal.
Anderson put himself about a bit.
Dixon didn't see too much of the ball.

Pleased to see him start and wear the no. 7 shirt. Reckon he’ll (alongside Karoy) be at the World Cup next summer - very proud of him and our academy.

Finished 4-0 Jamaica and sounds like TC did well

If Jamaica get to the World Cup, and they all stay fit, I'll be surprised if all 4 of our Reggae Boyz aren't in the squad.
  • Did that win put them through to a qualifying group? If do against which other groups?

Anyone know where Amari’i Bell was for Jamaica? Know he was selected but wasn’t in the squad last night. Hopefully he’s not injured.

No it was game 1 of their group, other teams are Curacao and Trinidad and Tobago (managed by Dwight Yorke). They have a great chance of qualifying for what I think would be their second WC

Thought TC was very lively last night and on both sides, the run dribble and far post cross (left to right) was him at his finest. One of the two Jamaican players at the far post should have converted. He can be proud of himself.

TC has won 3 tackles and 13 duels this season.

Just for comparison, because I'm sure nobody would call him lazy, Conor Coventry has won 2 tackles and 14 duels.
And Campbell missed two sitters and made a mistake that cost us points … Coventry not done none of that

Coventry missed a free header from 6 yards out at Leicester and missed the ball completely from 2 yards out in the same game. No dig at Coventry in the slightest but every TC mistake seems to being put on full blast at the moment
Ignore him. He clearly has some personal issues with TC the way he whitters in about him all the time.

Pulled out on Tuesday, so didn’t travel. Hopefully not injured….

Jamaica play again overnight, 1am KO here against Trinidad and Tobago. I assume it'll be on YouTube for those mad enough to be up at that time/shift workers/those abroad

Love seeing TC doing well for them but would also be quite happy if he didn’t start tonight, or at least didn’t play 80+ minutes again

Might see Tanto starting Saturday if TC gets much game time for Jamaica

Think it could happen anyway as TC will only be able to join training on Thursday. Kelman and Olaofe will have had at least a week and a half of preparation with our squad so will surely be in a better place to start the game than TC

Let him play all the game tonight.

He's playing well for his country - it's great for building his belief and confidence.

He seemed to be limping slightly as they wandered around the pitch at the end of the game, but hopefully it wasn't anything major.

Can't see him starting on Saturday, wouldn't have thought he would arrive back till Thursday at the earliest.

We need to get Floyd and Harvey some of these for when we beat Millwall.

Game finished 2-0 Jamaica. I didn't watch but looks like TC had another good game

Jamaica top their group so far, but Curacao are also unbeaten, having topped their initial group, and have won and drawn their first 2 games. The final game will be a straight shootout, winner takes it all affair (though Jamaica also qualify with a draw)
