Hatrick last week in the cup, and the winner at Bath yesterday in the league. On the way back finally!

Goals from last week can be viewed here
    https://chelmsfordcityfc.com/news/highlights-chelmsford-city-6-0-hertford-town/

He got the first 3 in a 6-0 win, between 3mins35 and 6mins 35 in those highlights
Who gives a flying fcuk? I certainly don’t. And ‘on the way back finally!’, on the way back where? And again, who actually cares except you of course who are happy to slag off Tanto on any occasion but would apparently take the snake back.

Made it to 6 minutes then had to turn off, Ricky Holmes seemed to be "creating" any openings, but the comms do seem to love the snake, they'll soon learn unfortunately...😂

It's strange he's playing at that level. I don't imagine Chelmsford are paying him much and he's not the sort of player you'd think would just turn out because he loves the game.
  • Maybe he's seeing some Doris from Colchester, isn't far away.

I'm surprised this topic of discussion still has any life to it. He left 5 years ago.

Still, when I see comments, I must have a look.

The drama is amusing. Especially when he flips out at one of our fans in person.

The way things are going, in a years time there will probably be a link to a headline

"Injured Lyle Taylor signs for Sunday league side - "donner kebab Lewisham FC" on a rolling contract

I think Chelmsford have a bit of money and ambition, I'd not be surprised if he was on around 2k a week with bonuses.

As a Chelmsford fan I say bring it on. Not the first time I've thought one of our players was a twat and unlikely to be the last. Incidentally the hat trick was in the FA cup against a team two levels below NLS. Made for some entertainment but was a bit one sided!

Are you a Charlton fan that follows Chelmsford? If so, you need to do the honourable thing and wear a Charlton shirt to every Chelmsford game you attend and remind the prick in a polite and non aggressive manner as to what his actions did to Charlton.

I was working at Chelmsford on Saturday, was disappointed to find out Lyle was injured and not playing. Still, came out of the dressing room at the very end of the day and he was sitting on a bench with some mates. I had a chat with him, he looked perturbed when I said I was a Charlton fan but I said I wasn't going to moan at him, he said that would be unusual!

He came across as a really nice bloke.

This will be very interesting to watch when they ask him about the situation when leaving us.
I'll imagine he may be conservative with the truth.

Really no need to be conservative with truth to be honest, I left, sorry, he left and refused to play games because it benefitted him to do so as he didnt want to get injured before a life changing move and it was financially a life changing move.  Everyone here understand why he did so unless the are being obtuse, he acted in his own self interest as thats what was best for him but he burnt his bridges in the process.

Hope he has good things to say about us, his time with us was the highlight and peak of his career.

Promises broken, goal posts moved - why he left Colchester.

A few of their fans have said they prefer Mbick. Had Taylor stayed there, Mbick might not have got his chance in L2.

This guy screams coming to the Valley third round and scoring against us!

This was in response to a question about why he moved away from Colchester, but as you can clearly see classy as ever!

    Broken promises?  Awful.
