If the game goes ahead, I’d absolutely take a draw.

According to the Met office there'll be a 90% chance of rain, the 12 degree temperature will feel like 9 and the wind will gust up to 50 mph.   :s
    Proper day up North

This will be a real test with it being another away game after Tuesday's trip to derby.
I think we may run out of steam for this one, and PNE are strong at home. I'd love a draw, can see a loss happening unfortunately.
  • What are the chances this is called off then?

I've just woken up to an unexpectedly beautiful day down here on the south coast. I'm taking that a sign of good things to come. 3-1 Charlton.

Could be a chance it is called off on safety concerns in terms of the fans travelling and the surrounding area as opposed to anything directly affecting the field of play

Tough away game and my head can't see a victory. I would be delighted with a point and I think we will get it. Final score 1-1.  Will be interesting to see Small v Bree on our right / their left.
I’ve no idea about the match as a whole but as far as this is concerned I’m confident that the Bree will take care of Small, no problems.

I stayed in Blackpool on Thursday night (I've been on a tour of the north this week due to the Derby and Preston game) and the weather in Preston is very tame compared to my experience yesterday.

It's more windy in Preston than it is rainy. Unless things get worse, I think it's more likely that the game will go ahead at this stage.

I believe a lot of trains have been cancelled.

I can see this one being called off.

According to the Met Police, Charlton fan's will be sent on a totally unnecessarily overlong march around Preston after the game.

Our games feature few goals so it’s more likely to be another Geoff.

No idea what's going on in Preston today.

I was just kicked out of the Harris Museum, being told that everybody had to leave. I was the only one asked to leave and there were still plenty of people inside the museum that were allowed to remain.

Left to go to a nearby shopping centre and, upon entry, a security guard immediately approwched me and told me that the shopping centre was closed to the public. Again, there were plenty of people inside.

Usually, I am met with nothing but kindness in Preston. The only explanation I can think of is that two Preston fans have seen my Charlton shirt and aren't happy that I support the 'wrong' team!

0-1 sneaking a goal in on the 85th minute. Magic from Leaburn.

Looking at our bench that’s a very strong set of substitutes. We couldn’t have dreamed of that bench just two seasons ago.
