Such a ridiculous sending off. Seperate them, tell them to grow up, get on with the game.

Now the game completely ruined as a spectacle.

Why can’t they just ref with common sense?
  • Was a slap by the looks of it, but still feels harsh:

The ref could have rubbed salt into the wound by insisting that Keane be subject to concussion protocols.

Seems a bit suspicious to me.

It looked soft but it's interesting that no team mate pleaded his defence including Keane and Pickford. Had Gueye stopped being aggressive and not had to have Pickford hold him back, they might have had the opportunity to do so.

    Hello hello! 0-1
  • Not a bad strike that one.
  • Fernandes is so crap in that middle two, just lets people wander past him.

Daft as he's great as the furthest forward in a 3.
  • The ecosystem has been restored. Manchester United are back to being shite.

Pickford has made a couple of match winning saves tonight.

    Absolute masterclass from Everton that.
Moyes outmanaged Amorim by a country mile.
The ten players absolutely deserved that win and the eleven deserved to lose.
    Brilliant performance.

    Hales v Flanagan
    Batty v Le Saux
    Bowyer v Dyer
….and now, the very underwhelming Gueye v Keane
Garth Crooks also slapped Mark Stuart in a game at Selhurst (against Luton I think)
  • Didn't think at any point Unired looked likely to score, awful v 10 men.

Gueye must be watching Keane getting mobbed by his teammates after a superb post-red-card performance, and thinking “Oh shit, I’ve really fucked up big time there”.

Edit: Already apologised to his teammates according to Dewsbury-Hall. Probably a wise move.

Keane was lucky that Fernandes didn't score when he left the ball in his own box just before the red card though. Which is presumably what Gueye was doing his nut over initially.

Absolutely. Probably his only mistake all game and it was a stinker. He was excellent afterwards though.

Sounds like they should thank Gueye for slapping some sense into Keane then!
  • At what point is Slot's job in danger at Liverpool?
Not at this stage but when you've spent almost £250m on two players that have made zero impact then, inevitably, questions will be asked. Wirtz has struggled with the Pl and Isak hasn't recovered from the affects of going on strike and injury. Two new full backs and Salah being a shadow of his former self hasn't helped either.
    What about now??
  • 9 defeats in 12 games is poor for any team and would have the manager in trouble. For a side of Liverpool's stature, reigning league champions who spent 400m+ in the summer, then it's crazy. I think if they lose at West ham at the weekend then he has to go.

And so nearly a third for Fulham inside 10 minutes as they hit the post.

Can blame the defence for the 1st, but the 2nd is Vicario on his own.  Watch the replay, he starts having a go at one of the defenders!

So glad I havent gone tonight!

And should have been 0-4 after Porro gets caught in possession. Saved by a last ditch tackle by VdV - the second time he's had to do that.

Spurs have 3 clean sheets in their last 41 home PL matches. That takes some beating.

That second Fulham goal is wild, what was Vicario thinking?

Made worse by the fact anyone who goes in has to watch West Ham too
