  • If it had stayed 1-0 at half-time, we would have been happier, I suspect. Just hope Rovers don't fancy their chances against our defence. Early second half third needed.

Bloody Campbell far to weak in the challenge another goal down to him like Coventrys

That was Berry, not TC against Coventry

Blackburn are awful. Says more about us if we fail to win this

Again, as someone who has criticised Campbell for his attacking efforts, it's massively harsh to criticise him when he's being shoehorned in when he's not a defender...

Really annoying that Bree is obsessed with having the ball in exactly the right position,  yet his corner delivery is so erratic.

We deservedly lead at the break... Been decent going forward, and solid in defence for the most part
Just the one slightly frustrating moment where we fell asleep at the back, especially so soon after going 0-2 up
But they're not exactly hammering at our defensive door at present.
Leaburn has been outstanding, Kelman is on fire!!

Would have taken that at the start.

    No need to panic.

Feel like Knibbs or Carey would do well feeding off Leaburns flicks.

Painful watch. The football equivalent of a cry wank.
  • Counting no chickens whatsoever, but the in-play table shows the importance of finishing the job.

Disappointing to concede but we definitely have the chance to score a few more here. I’m happy with that performance on the whole

Without Cantwell they would have absolutely nothing.

If we do the basics a bit better second half, we win this comfortably. Hold the ball up top and sort out our set pieces and it’s in the bag.
  • Will take that

alot of game changers on the bench

still goals in this for us if we can make the right decisions

    come on you reds

It was Bree's cross that led to the first goal...

At the moment I’d say his corner delivery is very consistent😬
  • So thats two goals (Blackburns one today and Portsmouths winner) where the team seem to have switched off a bit just after scoring. I'm sure that Jones will be working on that, and it's probably to be expected for a newly promoted side, but it is making things way more "exciting" than they should be!

How berry starts for us at this level with the other options we have in that position is wild.

Brownie, summing up Blackburn and their crowd:

"It's an awful place ... they've got the right raving hump with their owners ..."

To be fair he could have finished that sentence after the first bit.

Erratic is polite. If we must insist on him taking them then at least put someone in front at the near post.

It was from open play not a set piece

He’s a pro footballer though isn’t he, they don’t just coach players to do what they do well, or if hope not.

Says it all! No need for me to add much.

Blackburn are poor. We really can't afford to eff this up in the second half.

Leaburn absolutely outstanding in that half. He has won just about every ball in the air and held it up well as well.

HT 1-2, some very open play from both sides, and we will need another goal at least second half, we should and will win this at a canters really
    I'm not there I'm afraid

Those who said that Kelman may replicate the slow start he had at Orient...
He's scored 4 goals in 17-games for us this season now - He scored 8 in 24 games in the League by 4th January last year.
QPR might regret thinking they've sold us a dud
