"Matty's been back integrating with us this week, he trained properly on Thursday and he was fantastic. We've got to be careful with him. He won’t be able to start games for a few weeks yet, but it's having that impact and the cleverness he provides,"

He won't be starting games for a while ... but we can unleash the Sniffer Dog from the kennel.

    Charlton 1 (Godden 90') Chelsea 0
    Prediction adjustment:

    Charlton 1 (Leaburn 90') Chelsea 0

For the goal celebration someone knocks Miles to the ground who then gets up enraged, trying to square up to the nearest blue shirt, shouting at the top of his voice:

"That's for my old man over 35 years ago you scummy <insert expletive of choice>!"

Wonder if Campbell is ready to play essentially left-back all game, because we are 100% playing 5-3-2 today.
Our weakest link. You would have thought that if we had a proper LWB lined up we would have bought him in time for this game

They can get binned off as they're just the undercard for the main event.

I've heard they'll delay the Charlton game by 30mins... Its not like our fans have long journeys home after all

I suppose it depends on the type of player and  you can see the logic in giving Rankin Costello a break from the starting line up but Connor Coventry, Lloyd Jones and amazingly Miles Leaburn must have some engine to keep starting.

Got to say, that lineup made me let off a sigh, can't see anything bar a Chelsea thumping here sadly

Wait... Could anyone see anything otherwise even before the line-ups got announced? - I'll be amazed if get anything from this match, my expectations are so bloody low, I'll be elated if we even take them to Extra-Time, not because of our form... But simply because of the talent Chelsea have on offer

realistically, is a couple changes going to make much difference?

Their keeper has 1 PL start this season.

Their back four have 6, 6, 4 and 2 PL starts.

Their two holding midfielders have 15 and 5 starts.

Their two wingers have 10 and 4 starts, the no. 10 has 1 start and the striker has 1 start.
