I wonder if he’ll be using his well publicised lawyers in Freshfields to defend himself, or his lesser spoken about brief working from a unit of a Kent industrial park?

The lead attorney listed works for one of my old clients, Reed Smith. One of the largest law firms in the world.  Raelynn has gone with a local Personal Injury lawyer specialist, who seems to do commercial litigation too. That would be a David & Goliath match up…but we know how that ended!

All this chat about the ego reminds me of when I turned up pitchside with my dog and got told about the day of his proposed appearance on the pitch with the guitar.
Staff turned up to prepare The Valley for the game to find speakers surrounding the playing area.
He was told he it simply wasn’t possible to leave the quantity of sound equipment surrounding the playing area while the game went ahead and they would have to be removed, especially those positioned in the managers technical areas!

Never underestimate an idiot, they will always surpass your expectations.
Better to say nothing and have people think you’re an idiot, than open your mouth and confirm their suspicions! 😉

I was wondering if the work permit ever came through. Or whether she actually did any work...

Doesn't do much for Mr Sandgaard's defence prospects when his erstwhile firm have admitted to the wrongdoing.

Matt Southall can only dream of committing fraud on that scale.

“Thomas Sandgaard, the former CEO of Zynex, and Anna Lucsok, the former Chief Operating Officer of Zynex were previously indicted for related conduct and charges.  They made an initial appearance in federal court on January 21, 2026. Lucsok was released with electronic monitoring and on January 26, 2026, Thomas Sandgaard was ordered detained.

So Tommy did a bit of bird. Wonder if he enjoyed all that was on offer at shower time.

I use a TENS machine on my knee from time to time and funnily enough picked up some spare electrodes last week for the first time. Reading that article, some patients were supplied with 128 electrodes a month, with the associated insurance claim. Drawing on all the Detective novels I've read,
I'd say either a lot of them were centipedes or something hooky was going on.

Does the TENS machine help? Only (and I think I said so on here at the time) I've always thought they were possibly fake a bit like that bloke that made £mns flogging novelty golf ball finders as bomb detectors.

I find it's good for short term pain relief, if I've done a lot of walking and the knee is sore, a 30 minute session relieves it quite well. It's not going to cure the underlying problem but for me it's a useful gadget to have.

Not so sure Raelyn was a gold digger as she’s wealthy and successful in her own right.
i also believe she has intimated she got out of an abusive relationship prior to Thomas and found herself in an even worse one once with him

she may have a couple of degrees in her name but her taste in men needs a bit of work

Who would have thought, when Tommy Boy came riding in to save us from all the crooks, chancers and grifters of the Nimer/Southall era, that it would turn out that he's the biggest crook and grifter of them all?

I think the clinical evidence is thin, but there is certainly a basis for pain relief via electrical stimulation of nerves.

Here's a summary from a 2014 review (Vance, Dailey, Rakel and Sluka, Pain Management, May 2014).

Variables such as electrode location, frequency, intensity etc will have an effect, so there will be cases where the 'treatment' seems to work, and others where it doesn't.  Note that TENS will only provide symptomatic relief, not a cure.

I'm also not sure how effective Sandgaard's 9 volt battery powered units are.  I do know that his marketing strategy was built around consumables (electrodes and batteries) and oversupplying (and presumably overcharging) was where the problems arose.

    Summary & conclusion

Because no single profession holds all the keys to successful management of pain, further investigation is warranted to ensure optimal use of this safe, noninvasive, inexpensive and patient friendly intervention. The advantages of obtaining pain relief without the negative side effects of many pharmaceutical interventions is welcomed and desired by certain patients. Both HF and LF TENS been shown to provide analgesia specifically when applied at a strong, non-painful intensity and HF TENS may be more effective for people taking opioids. Effective analgesia for chronic pain conditions may be limited by the development of tolerance to TENS if repeated application of either HF or LF TENS at the same frequency, intensity and pulse duration is used daily. Application of TENS electrodes at acupoint sites may increases analgesia and targeting the use of TENS during movement or required activity may provide the most benefit.

Experiments investigating the concept of TENS responders will enable clinicians to select this modality for the correct population. Additional investigation in the area of TENS tolerance is necessary to determine methods to decrease tolerance and to establish if a wash out period is required to determine when tolerance would no longer be a factor in the application of TENS in patient care. Although parameter selection is becoming clearer, investigating the parameters of electrode site selection, daily treatment duration, and long-term usage will further clarify appropriate dosing so that TENS may be given in the most effective manner. Further, examining a variety of outcomes, beyond resting pain, will determine if TENS has effects specific to mechanical stimuli and/or beyond reduction of pain and will improve activity levels, function and quality of life.
