Stop picking Karoy Anderson as a holding midfielder14

Give me his job3

Have done a better job squad building in the summer.
Not getting in injury prone players and then act shocked when they get injured multiple times.
Don't rely on a League One midfield to get you through to Championship safety.
Get your best players in the positions that suits them best.
Sort out the attacking positioning/pattern of play that we knew was an issue going back into last season.8 -
Have an honest chat with the board & explain that we have one week left in the transfer window to save our season.15
-
Get more creativity in the side , the entire side doesn't need to be workmanlike.17

I’m would say that we need to get back to being a side that teams find it hard to score against.Pack the midfield, maybe 5-4-1 for a few games to scrape some draws. Chambers left back in the first half and maybe Gilly second (I know, I know but we don’t have anyone else!) because TC at wingback isn’t working in any way, shape or form2

TC works so hard and he is one of our best players but we need majority of his work to be running at their defenders not doing 50m sprints backwards to win the ball then nothing going forwardDanny Addick said:I’m would say that we need to get back to being a side that teams find it hard to score against.Pack the midfield, maybe 5-4-1 for a few games to scrape some draws. The basics include being able to pass, move, create and score chances, as well as pressing well and being organised and aggressive defensively.
Use the remaining time in the window to adjust the squad to improve us offensively as well as defensively. If our big names sit on the bench then so be it.
Remember that setting us up with pace and width on both wings was key to us getting promoted.1 -
I'd like him to get a creative midfielder who can run and pass forwards.1

Leave.Being serious, just pick players in their natural positions even if that means changing your “strategy”.
Stop taking our only outlets off the field and tinkering when it’s not needed.
Stop recruiting your injury prone mates.
Stop sticking with players for so long when they are completely out of form and shot of confidence.8 -
Set the team up to actually attack a game like we want to win it. Why are we playing every game just trying to keep the score down. Maybe try something different. A midfield like below actually feels like it could create something for us
Coventry JRC
Apter. Carey. Campbell

Utilise the few players we have with genuine pace and bring in one or two more to help them2

Stop playing wing backs, we dont have anyone suited to playing lwb nor rwb. Anyone playing there doesn't seem to be able to support defense nor midfield either being too far behind play or too far advanced to play any significance and support the team Its like we're playing with 9 men so often. With gaping holes down either side. I can't even truly blame the players they are so over run at times due to the system I geuninly dont know if many are good enough or not. Im assuming not but it would be unfair the numerical disadvantage they seem to be playing with.
Play 4 at back flood midfield with 5 with 2 super wide attackers who support our striker and a mobile am who supports from deep.4 -
Stop playing TC LWB.
Stop playing Karoy Anderson CDM.
Give Apter a go in a formation that allows us to play 2 wingers.
Stop chopping and changing every game.
Sign players that fit your system and stop shoehorning players into strange roles.
Deport Gillesphey and shred his passport.
Stop scouting solely Luton players. Look further afield for genuine quality.
The list could go on.

Many of his pre and post match interviews are keen to point out how much better the opponents' players are than ours. Please stop telling us, and our own players, how below par we are. My concern is this may be a mindset that goes on in training. Try bigging us up and building confidence in what we're good at.9
-
Go 4-4-2, Campbell and Apter on their correct sides and go Leaburn and Kelman up top. I’m sure this would bring its own set of problems but I’d just like to see something other than the toothless approach we’ve been subjected too this season.2

After today your no more in credit tbh

451, defensive, play on the break with Campbell and Apter, Carey or Fullah behind the striker and basically try to nick a few with those three breaking when the opposition are out of shape.
Will still lose more than we win but makes more sense than playing square pegs in round holes because the formation worked in a different league with different players last year.0 -

I claim no tactical nous with regards to football, but can someone please explain to me why 4-2-3-1 is not an option NJ should explore.

Stop playing LWB and RWB full stop.
They just play as LB and RB anyway. No winging at all.1 -

Start Apter in a 442 … drop Campbell and Anderson8

Who's playing LM then if it's not TC? We going to Blackpools shape last season with Carey tucked in?RonnieMoore said:Start Apter in a 442 … drop Campbell and Anderson

Do agree with those saying 4-5-1/4-2-3-1 is worth a go. Apter and Campbell on the wings might actually create something.
Not ideal having the lone striker but we can't lose 3 in the midfield so have to compromise somewhere.3 -
Oh Eddie Youds... said:Have an honest chat with the board & explain that we have one week left in the transfer window to save our season.
The Board do need to weigh up the cost of throwing the kitchen sink at getting some substantial quality in over the next week against the significantly higher costs of relegation.
Get in good players at premium that can play consistently at this level with no major injury history and are fit and ready to play. That would cost a fair amount but it must be doable surely.
If Jones stays or goes regardless we'll need good players to give us the hope of staying in this league at all. We've blagged it transfer wise so far since August and it ain't gonna cut it. Get the cheque book out or it really will be expensive as relegation looms otherwise.6 -
The washing up. I can't be arsed with it tonight.10

Why didn’t you replace Thierry Small with better like you promised?4

He replaced him with someone half his side and asked him to the the same job.Weegie Addick said:Why didn’t you replace Thierry Small with better like you promised?0
