Definitely a red, we never seem to get those decisions 😭8

We’ve 19 touches in their box vs. the 3 they’ve had in ours. 8 Charlton shots to 3 for QPR. 0.53 - 0.15 in xG.2

His idol Trossard couldn't bag at The Valley for Brighton...Scoham said:Any guesses what our new Kenyan fans think?

It appears that Walsh was given a free transfer by Gillingham four years ago when he was 19 and was picked up by QPR at that point. He's had loans at Dorking, Maidenhead and Accrington and started the season by playing four games in August for QPR only to return to the side in January. Harmer (7) and Nardi (15) have shared the gloves with him.Addick Addict said:
Yeh I just caught that. Said the whole family are Charlton. Joe was born in the Medway and started at Gillingham.ForeverAddickted said:Sounds like Joe Walsh (QPR Goalkeeper) is a Charlton fan, as his younger Brother; Harry Walsh is a Charlton mascot tonight2 -

That could well have been given as a red card in the Premier if VAR looked at it. I guess we have had 3 reds given in our favour so this 50/50 went QPR way.3 -
Charlton players back out followed shortly after by the oppo2

Didn't apologise though. Maybe I'm old fashioned but there was a fair bit of blood on Coadys hand and wrist. Think there might be a leveler coming.0

I'm not convinced Qpr will come out and be more dominant. The players they have missing are hurting them.Garrymanilow said:Really good half only missing a goal. We've had our chances which is more than can sometimes be said when we've had good halves before, but our failure to score is going to be a problem. QPR will not come out like that again in the second half just like Leicester didn't. Against Leicester we went in 2-0 up and could just weather the storm but here we still need to get a goal. If we play like we did after the first ten though then I think it will come. Dykes has been absolutely unplayable; winning every header in attack and finding a Charlton shirt with them, making clever passes and flicks, clearing the ball with defensive headers and even beat a player in a foot race which I didn't think could happen. Keep funneling him the ball and something will happen. Bell, Clarke, Chambers and Kelman look classy with their touch, Doc is terrorising their midfield and Coady can suddenly play a ball to get us behind the defence. Just play like that again second half and we should get the 3 points. I don't think QPR will let that half happen again though and we have to be ready to deal with it1 -

We're off for the second half...0

Their whole game plan is based on their pace usually and they can’t cope without itFortune 82nd Minute said:

Great turn and shot Charlie Kelman.1
-
That was quality from Kelman1
-
I think it was Rodwell who got stick when he said Chambers was our first choice LWB, but he looks very solid and up for the level. Good bit of scouting.0
-
We have a throw over on the left, get the ball into the box, Dykes gets it back to Kelman and their keeper tips it over for a corner.1

Having watched the replay, if the keeper didn't save Coady's shot, I'm not sure it was reaching the goal.1

I thought you supported us Walsh!! - Beginning to doubt his loyalties!!1

Dangerous situation though....if you don't take your chances blah blah.Callumcafc said:We’ve 19 touches in their box vs. the 3 they’ve had in ours. 8 Charlton shots to 3 for QPR. 0.53 - 0.15 in xG.1 -
Nice to see some physicality from Chambers1
-
Near post corner doesn't beat the first man, Chambers drags back Smyth who was on a break and gets booked0
-
Kelman is the first striker we've had for a while who seems to be able to kick the ball genuinely hard.1
-
Lovely foul from Chambers, to be fair though, was it different to Kone on Ramsay though?1
-
QPR down our right, ball into the box goes over Saito's head.0
-
Walsh giving Stolarczyk for Leicester at The Valley vibes here1

Meant to turn up a minute later than this. I’d forgotten it was a 2001 kick-off.2
