Rashid back to his very best0

197 to win. Excellent innings from Sherfane Rutherford.0
-
If we win it’ll be close.0
-
Looks a belter of a surface, hopefully the anti-dew spray stuff is a load of tosh and it comes down.0
-
Sounds comfortable at the moment0

Brook the key here. Get him cheap and I think we’re done.0

94 FROM 51
Cant see it happening

I could until brook just went outMrOneLung said:94 FROM 51

I'm hoping BDL isn't taking notes on how to energize the crowd like the absolute c*nts on the PA system at these games4

I’m a disaster. Sat down. Brook out first ball I watch. Now another wicket. I might not watch the Stoke game tonight.3
-
Top fielding that, great catch.1
-
Bit of a flakey shit show this0
-
West Indies just a much better side today. Too many players in the England team that just aren’t offering anything currently.3
-
How's Dawson coming in this low? More than handy T20 batter0
-
Come on Curran. Save us again...1
-
Dawson slower than Macca0
-
Bit of luck we got Scotland next and not Bangladesh0
-
It's a good job Bangladesh pulled out and that we have Nepal, Scotland and Italy in our group. As things stand, we are in third and below Scotland who we meet next.0

Really really poor performance. If we don't get out the group then you really have to look to clean house0
-
Lose by 30 in a T20 match is poor by our standards0
-
The Scots are no mugs , got some very good players like Munsey,Brandon McMullen, Mark Watt and Brad Currie.
They'll fancy an upset.0 -
The trouble is that we're not very good once the game gets beyond 16.4 overs.
The Windies got 41-1 off those final 20 balls and we made 18-3. In horse racing parlance, we are "short-runners" and not designed to play the longer form of the game.5 -
I blame the hundred..Addick Addict said:The trouble is that we're not very good once the game gets beyond 16.4 overs.

I would say we should beat Scotland but as they are the auld enemy I expect they will pull something out of the hat.Addick Addict said:It's a good job Bangladesh pulled out and that we have Nepal, Scotland and Italy in our group. As things stand, we are in third and below Scotland who we meet next.
I hate our history of colonisation. A third of the world dislike us & always want to get one over on us 🙄🤬. Wish we were like Switzerland or San Marino where everyone loves us for being small & non confrontational....😅.

If it wasn't for us they wouldn't even be playing cricket and they should appreciate that..golfaddick said:

Well, one England team did well today at least...in fact, it secured the Ashes! Not only that, but did so with a 1-run win. Not only THAT, but Chris Tarrant, a lifelong Charlton fan and club teammate of mine, executed FOUR stumpings in the Australia innings! Great stuff mate!

Given how close Nepal pushed England, they have been absolutely abysmal with the bat against Italy today. They are currently 102-8 (17).0
