    Both Matt Cross and Calum MacLeod used to play for Bexley CC when Seb was a colt there and I was their junior secretary and also did their senior league registrations.

    MacLeod, of course, scored that 140* to beat England in an ODI in 2019. Prior to that, though, he faced Rashid Khan  and he scored 157* against Afghanistan. Rashid returned figures of 9-0-68-1, which was a very rare expensive spell for him at that time. I asked MacLeod when he came back from that series how he did that. His reply was "I swept him to death!".

    To be 2 wickets down, the RR less than 5 whilst chasing 7.5 an over against Scotland is criminal. 

    Once the pace is off the ball we look hopeless.

    Brook is an incredible talent at times. 
    But I'm really not sure I'd want to keep him as captain going forward as he comes across both in his decision making and when talking to the media as being as thick as they come
