And the potential to be 10 points clear of the relegation zone by the end of the game, or more likely neither is the case.
  • I think Derby will beat Blackburn but can see both Leicester and Pompey getting something from their games.

I'm sure some on here will be cheering Leicester to win so that we can leapfrog Norwich 🙄.

Im leaning to a West Brom and Oxford draw because I’m convinced we’ll lose there.

Each game played is one less for the others  below us to catch up. Each game we then win is a game they can’t close the gap so yes we don’t need to worry about how they get on but it’s less to worry about if they drop points and, in particular, lose.

I agree, but we can only affect what we do.

Referee for Portsmouth v Hull today is the wally from our West Brom game. Hopefully he prefers the Humber to the Solent. 🤞🏼

Very impressed by Norwich, they should’ve been playoff hunting this season, if they had Clement the entire season I think they would’ve been

Let’s be fair though we’re not gonna win all our games. It would be great if we didn’t need to worry about other team dropping points but we do. Goal isnt too finish on as many points as possible it’s to make sure 3 teams finish below us. Both ways are needed if we’re going to survive

The one thing Norwich can’t do is take corners. Absolutely appalling delivery so far

Not sure why it was such a difficult concept to grasp. Presuming you’re not a big fan of maths.

Norwich best form team in the league they will pick up more points in the next 12 games to comfortably finish above us regardless of what we do. Stoke 2nd worst form team in the league up for debate whether they would have managed enough points over the next 12 games to finish above us based on form.

Oxford poor form and squad 12 points off us they wouldn’t overturn that point deficit to finish above us. Leicester good squad better manager now, only below us because of points deduction they have a good chance of catching us hence why I don’t want them doing well.

It's only when you watch live Championship matches between other teams you realize that most teams mess up corners, crosses or set pieces and it's mainly the goals show when you see good crosses or great free kicks, corners etc.
Norwich have had excellent form ever since they beat Charlton easily at Carrow road.

Carey takes a good corner and has put it in some good areas lately but we haven't managed to take advantage despite Jones, Dykes, Leaburn being on the pitch.

It's good to feel relaxed watching as a neutral even if I'm a canary fan for 90+ minutes.

33 points from 19 matches since Clement became Manager would say you are correct.

Yeah I didnt expect this sort of reaction from O'Neill, turning into an inspired appointment, although Blackburn were 7th last season

Stoke fans were surprisingly complimentary about O’Neill and said it was a good appointment.

As a northern Irish man, I watch them a lot and O’Neill is like a Northern Irish Jones in style of play - it’s effective especially down the bottom of the table / backs to wall type stuff.
