Waiting For The Out is brilliantly written and superbly acted.
Josh Finan is an excellent actor. Its a brilliant show
  • Just another saying for pulling on your heart strings. Pretty common.
    Obviously not common for me..
I say it, and have done for years, and I'm in my fifties. Do you know anyone under 40? Pretty common in that demographic.
What a stupid comment. I don't use it and nobody in my social circle from the age of 1 to 95 does...

Hope you have a good day.

I completely missed it the first time around, so new to me, and have just watched season 1 of Mr. Mercedes.
Absolutely fantastic, if not a little disturbing - brilliantly acted as well. Some real heavy shit so seasons 2 and 3 can wait a little bit longer.
    So Stephen King.
  • Finished watching Dirty Business on C4 - really well done and a sad indictment of the total failure of the privatisation and lack of regulation of the water industry.

Filming of second series of This City is Ours well underway. Spotted the film crew outside the The Vines pub the other week.

Lot of filming goes on in the City and there's a former bar on my way from station to office that seems very popular with film and tv crews. They used to have clear windows but they're now opaque, presumably to avoid people like me peering in to see what they're up to. I'm always hopeful of bumping into a celeb who's popped out for a quick fag though.

Seemed to be more of a dig than a question from the way you worded it.

    Anyway let's move on.

One of our favourite series especially as I'm a SK fan.

Recommended to lots of others & may decide to watch it all again before too long.

It’s brilliant! Best adaptation of Stephen King novel imho.
