    Massive, massive win.

Back line was immense, Ramsay and Jones in particular. Clarke was excellent, although I wasted another quid on him to score at 20/1 - shame about the heavy first touch!

Dykes quality again and Kelman showing his class as a goal scorer.

Lots of positives to build around for another season in the championship, which is looking more and more assured

Dykes clearly loved that but what on earth is Rodwell doing that near the dressing room

  • Jones, Bell and Ramsay all superb today. Wrap them in cotton wool and keep them fit until the end of the season and we will stay up.

Birmingham offered next to nothing today and were there for the taking. For much of the game it didn't look like we could take advantage until a real strikers finish from Kelman. How ironic that I had liked a "what is the point of Charlie Kelman post earlier"!

I hope NJ doesn't do to Kelman what he did before - as soon as he scored a couple of goals he dropped him! We need goals and if his confidence is up after today keep him in the team.

And how lovely to see Mannion coming and taking some dangerous crosses. It just takes huge pressure off the defence. I hope he stays in for the rest of the season.

Would pick up Clarke for next season….still need that midfield creative player…..give Kelman a start alongside Dykes….Mannion so much better at claiming crosses

    HUUUUGE WIN!

Well done boys. Thought the back 3 and Coventry were magnificent.

Fair play to Kelman. I spent a significant amount of that match thinking we could play all night and not score.

Thankful Stansfield didn’t start as Brum caused us issues once he came on.

    Jones or Ramsey MOM.

Having watched on the stream, thought we played well.  Comms were excellent. What a Mendonca’esk finish from Kelman. Bosh!
  • A really solid performance against an awful Brum. The defence were superb to a man. Ramsey in particular was almost faultless today. Mannion has shown how much we've missed having a keeper who commands their box. I'm not a big Kelman fan but a good striker's goal today made the difference in a game of barely any chances. If he can do that more often he'll be changing my impression of him. We should scrape the remaining points we need from here. Its not pretty but if we stay up it has all been worth it this season.

For all the Will Mannion love, which he fully deserves, as his confidence snatching crosses out the air is an art form... His Mum still needs to give him a f**king slap across the back of the head - Dont think I've seen a Goalkeeper (of all players) start moving towards the Referee, asking why he didnt get a FK in the first half... all whilst the ball was still just about in bloody play.
Thankfully nothing came of it, but would have been a farce of a goal to concede

A well needed 3 points. Shame Leicester & WBA both managed to get a point from tricky away games but we gain 2 points on them, as well as 2 more than Blackburn & Pompey.

Big game next Sat away Oxford. If we can avoid  defeat and do the same at home to Norwich we should be able to go into the International break almost safe. 2 more wins and a couple of draws & we can welcome Spurs & Lincoln to The Valley next season

So pleased for Kelman he needed that goal nearly as much as us ! Brilliant performance from everyone today Ramsey my MOM but nobody had a poor game.
it will be really interesting in the summer to see what type of players we bring in
This will depend on which league we're in. Today's result is huge for us, but not conclusive.

There's two people you'd want that chance to fall to, Godden or Kelman. Thought we played well up to their subs and then they had the upper hand. Jones is always at least a 7/10 but was absolutely imperious today. Bell and Ramsay were also solid, still not convinced by Ramsay's aerial ability though 😆 Clarke had a good game defensively and offensively but I thought Chambers was quite disappointing.

9 points clear is quite a cushion, I don't think many neutrals would consider us to be in a relegation battle. Of course we've been through a lot so we're always going to look at the worst case scenario. Fancy us to get an unlikely point at Boro now.

    Sign... Him... UP!!
Thank god he's going to the World Cup with Scotland, anyone else and we'd risk him going elsewhere ;) - Jokes aside, I noticed Louis Mendez posting on twatter about the warm reception he received from Birmingham fans when he got subbed off - Despite seemingly having a few arguments left to deal with during the game itself

Huge result. Can't think of a poor performance amongst the players. Subs and tactical change helped nullify Brums attempts.
Very happy for Kelman. Dykes needs signing up for next year.

Probably a couple of draws and a win and we will be safe. Of course today was the game I decided not to bother going!. Great win

If ever we needed 3 points it was today.
Wwith all the teams below us drawing it was a huge win.
I can now look forward with confidence we will take 6 points of spurs next season
I’d rather take 4 points from Millwall.

I thought Lloyd jones or Kelman might win it
    I gave a mate 10-1 Kelman scoring … you’re all welcome !

    98% safe
    2% relegation

Harry Clarke was very good. Didn’t make any mistakes.

On a more serious note, we create so little as a Championship team. Once NJ sorts that problem out (and with £££ he will), Charlie will score a bucket load in this division.

Yes they applauded him off, which was nice to see.

Disappointing though, as if they had booed him all game, the gods of football would have given him a goal  🤣
