Could some spanner’s be put in the works if we get offers for Ramsay and Jones. We might have to rebuild the defence?
Jones would never join the Spanners.

Think we’ve always prepared for the worse with Ramsay with bringing in Sichenje. Considering 90% of teams now play With ball playing centrebacks and considering Jones will be nearly 31 when next season starts hope that may put off potential suitors

If Wrexham are still in the championship then that’s the team I’d be worried about for Jones. He’d suit them and they’ll pay silly money if they want him

They dropped 2.7M on a middle cb this summer from Blackburn I’d hope that would put them off Jones.

Dykes to me is a journeyman. Works very hard for the team but will not score you many. I must say I am ambivalent whether he stays or goes.
    Donkeys from Blackpool are welcome!

I stand by that, he is a donkey. The sort of striker you see in non league football. He hardly ever scores. Is he really what we need? We already have one donkey in Ahadme, do we want a  pair?
I know I might state our strikers but you can't put Dykes & Ahadme in the same category. Jeez.....at least Dykes lets the CH know he's there and can finish.
Dykes can’t finish, how many goals has he scored in his career. If he could finish he wouldn’t be playing for us. Don’t forget Ahadme cost a fair amount of money in a transfer fee. Dykes must be on a fair wage, I wouldn’t be at all upset if he leaves in the Summer.
Had to double take and check the spelling to ensure this wasnt from ronniemoore

We've had enough Herberts at our club over the years.
Good thing his name is not Herbert, then.

Can't see them going for Jones , they've got Cleworth and Callum Doyle and would probably drop the same kind of fee they did on Doyle again in the summer on an upgrade on Hyam. Think they spent a good fee on Zak Vyner from Bristol City already in Jan as depth.

If Oxford go down, I think we should look at Cameron Brannagan as Doc's replacement. Not sure on his contract situation.

He’s proven to be a one club man also 30 this summer, much rather go for his partner in De Keersmaeker

I don't think there's really anyone from that Oxford squad I'd like besides Jack Currie but I can't see that happening

Oxford gave him a massive contract to keep him the last time he was about to leave so I think whoever he goes to next at the age of 30 he'll be looking for another pay bump on what is likely to be his last big contract. Given that he's not exactly proven he's a good Championship level midfielder it would be a big investment to likely make him our highest paid player

Think they'd want every penny of the 3.5m they paid for De Keersmaker back
