Oh, Mary! Went to see it with my daughter at the Trafalgar Theatre, a convenient short walk from Charing Cross Station.
We loved it. Utterly bonkers, and just fabulous.
The lead character (the wife of Abraham Lincoln) is played by Mason Alexander Park who is hilarious. Catherine Tate is taking on the role from 21st April and she’s got her work cut out.Recommended.1 -
Enjoyed Romeo and Juliet at the Harold Pinter theatre - solid 7/10 for me, and my daughter loved it which was the main thing.
Noah Jupe and Sadie Sink were very good, they did a sort of sliding doors thing to show a few times things could have gone differently, which I thought worked quite well.
I found the acting for Mercutio really irritating though!!
