Every year for the last decade CAST has conducted a survey about season ticket intentions and about the relationship between CAFC and the fans. It is now time for our 2026 survey and we'd like to hear from all Charlton fans.

The survey is open to CAST members and non-members and we will share the findings with the club.

The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete.

Sometimes we ask the same questions as in previous surveys. This allows us to use the results to build trends and compare how opinions have or haven’t changed. The results will be published on our website www.castrust.org.

    Thanks CAST, appreciate you asking even though I seemed to be giving a lot of 'don't know' answers. As you've been doing this survey for ten years now, are there any plans to publish a longitudinal view of our responses. Apologies, if you've done this and I've missed it.

    We usually compare back to the previous year. Questions have changed / developed over the years - for example the Addicks Charter is only 3 and a bit years old. They also make most sense in the context of ownership and on pitch performance. 

    Probably the best summary is the word clouds- from memory these veer from meltdown panic to wild optimism to worry and despair to a bit more of an even keel now!
