Goals from corners

Sorry I posted something that was wrong earlier. We have scored 6 goals in 183 attempts …1 goal every 30 attempts.

    I don't know about corners specifically but we've scored the 7th most set piece goals in the division. Set pieces aren't our issue

    There are 17 worse teams in the division at scoring from set pieces. That doesn’t make us terrible, it makes your standards unrealistic

    Fair enough, what's the statistic for corners only? As that is the subject of the thread.

    We're clearly good at throw-ins but I think we haven't scored a corner since December. That's a long time and a lot of corners.

    That doesn’t seem to be readily available but given we haven’t scored many free kicks we’ll be high up that too you’d imagine

    Maybe that James Bree bloke wasn’t too bad at them after all? We don’t have anyone else that has a good delivery from corners, Fevrier’s is ok but he’s not always on the pitch

    That's true. In which case we just need to score more from open play...

    1 goal every 30 attempts is 3.3% which is about average across all elite football according to Google. Some clubs are slightly higher (Arsenal obviously) and the Premier League tracks more like 4-5% of corners lead to goals, bit you'd expect delivery from their players to be more consistent than us anyway, so that makes sense
